Amelia Ray Events were great from start to finish. Communication was always good and they were so friendly, attentive and approachable throughout the whole process.

With Blackton Grange being a DIY venue we would’ve been lost without them! They kept everything running so smoothly on the day, making sure everything was where it needed to be and allowing us to relax and actually enjoy our wedding without worrying about the little details.

Kristi stepped in as one of our coordinators when Camilla was due to have her baby, and she fitted in perfectly. Both Olivia and Kristi were such a huge part of making our day so special. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us and would highly recommend them to any couple getting married who need on the day coordination ❤️❤️

We booked Amelia Ray Events as our wedding coordinators as part of our DIY wedding at the beautiful Blackton Grange Estate and we are so glad that we did! We had several whatsapp video calls with Camilla and Olivia ahead of the day and they made a WhatsApp Group for us to ask any questions that we may have about the venue or the organisation of the day. We set up ourselves and did all of the decorating ahead of the
Wedding, but when it came to the day itself we couldn't have managed without Olivia and her team. They helped finish setting up on the day including putting the outdoor games out for us and came up to check that we had everything we needed from them and they had everything they needed from us. From coordinating playing the songs down the aisle, putting water and drinks out on the tables and preparing the cake for cutting and slicing it up afterwards they really were invaluable. I had had a few things not go to plan on the day so was a little stressed and overwhelmed, but the girls made sure that everything ran smoothly and were so reassuring. They even walked our dogs for us while we mingled with our guests! Thank you so much for all of your help and for making the day what it was. We would definitely recommend Amelia Ray Events!

Camilla and Olivia were fantastic. They were so easy to speak to and on hand for any questions we might have.

From helping with the initial planning to the finer details and being on top of everything on the day to make sure we had nothing to worry about.

They were super flexible when arranging the zoom calls around work and getting our little one down for bed. Super receptive to our ideas (some of which may have been outside of the norm!) and keeping in contact with the other vendors to make sure it all came together to be the perfect day.
