Both my husband and I are artists by profession so finding someone capable to capture our big day has been very important to us. It will sounds very cliché, but when I saw Zoe's portfolio, I knew she was the one. In each of her photos you can clearly see the personality of the couple, the love, the moment frozen in time in the frame. We were very happy when we found out Zoe had availability for our day!
We loved chatting to Zoe, she has a very friendly attitude and clearly is very passionate and knowledgeable about her craft! She has so many ideas ready to go and inspire you which both me and my husband appreciated especially during our engagement shoot as we didn't know what to expect and we were a little nervous - but every time we froze, Zoe had an idea for a pose, change of location, something to bring us back into that relaxed, free state that works so well in the photos!
On our wedding day, to say she was truly my rock. In the moment, especially in the morning when the chaos kicks off, it's very easy to get anxious, but Zoe was there, she had my back, she was collected and confident and I immediately and completely naturally followed her lead. She continued to do that over the span of the day, but she was also so very discreet that at moments, in all honesty, I don't remember her being there even though she has captured the most beautiful shots, especially during the ceremony - exactly what you want from your wedding photographer! It's as if she had an invisibility cloak!
Zoe has delivered all our pictures, whether it was engagement shoot, sneak peeks from our wedding or the full set of pictures, in a very quick manner, each and every one of them absolutely beautiful, each one of them a memory and each one of them very 'us'.
We are forever grateful to Zoe for her hard work and capturing our big day, we truly consider ourselves lucky that she was with us cause I cannot imagine anyone who would deliver more stunning pictures with a sweeter personality and more discreet way of working!
