From the very beginning, we knew we were in good hands with Jacques. He was quick and responsive throughout the planning process, and my husband often remarked on how knowledgeable he was and how helpful he was in putting together our overall wedding timeline, drawing on his years of experience photographing other weddings.

On the day itself, Jacques was fantastic. He captured every single moment so beautifully, and many of our guests commented afterward on how personable he was while remaining completely unobtrusive.

As a bride, I found Jacques to be incredibly kind and reassuring. He was a calming presence whenever I had questions about timings or worried we were running behind, and he truly helped the day flow perfectly.

The photos and film he produced are absolutely stunning. I usually dislike photos of myself, especially at weddings, but he managed to capture so many beautiful, natural moments. My husband loved his photography style, which we felt was timeless. We also loved his approach as it meant we got all the moments we wanted captured without missing lots of the day taking photos! We both felt we really got to enjoy our time with our guests as result!

We also opted for the hybrid film package and are so glad we did, the highlight film is gorgeous. The moving images combined with the voiceovers from the speeches allow us to relive the joy and magic of the day in such a meaningful way. We would 100% recommend the hybrid film package if you’re on the fence about full videography.

We cannot recommend Jacques highly enough. He is incredibly talented and truly a safe pair of hands on the day.
