We were shown Nick's photography by a family friend at a stage when we were still unsure as to whether or not we wanted a wedding photographer. We booked Nick to capture our intimate wedding back in September 22'. Despite already expecting big things based on his previous work, we were blown away, and i mean totally blown away by what he delivered. His ability to capture the most natural and intimate moments in the most effortless way meant we were left with a perfect collection of snapshots that told the story of our day superbly. He's got a great eye too and coloured our photos beautifully. As soon as we saw Nick’s work we knew he was the photographer for us. The photos are absolutely incredible, he has captured the love, joy and energy from the day in every single shot.
Having Nick there on the day was great, he has a very calm energy and to be honest we barely noticed him there at all, not in any way intrusive and incredibly respectful. And this has made for such fantastic shots. It’s so wonderful looking back at the pics and seeing all the reactions and interactions that we missed yet Nick managed to capture. We didn’t want to spend hours having photos and Nick completely understood that and worked around us and got the group shots we wanted so efficiently. We booked Nick to photograph our wedding at our local church and the Garden Museum all the way from wedding prep through to the evening dancing. He really captured the atmosphere of all the different parts of the day, and we have some fantastic and unique photos of ourselves and our guests which we will be able to treasure forever. Nick excels at articulating the personalities of his subjects in both portraits and group shots - he has a great artistic eye and was also very relaxed and fun to be around on the day. Nick shot both our engagement party in London and our wedding in New York, and we couldn’t have hoped for more on either. His photographs perfectly capture the vibe of both, with extraordinary group shots and couple pictures.

A lot of other wedding photography I had seen fell into the category of 'standard wedding style shots', that all looked quite samey just with different faces. We knew this was exactly what we didn't want.

Then we discovered Nick. His portfolio did most of the talking, and then when we did connect he immediately just got it. Nick has a unique eye for dynamics, composition, and people. Even more importantly was how he seamlessly slotted into both events - he made everyone feel totally at ease at the party (which became pretty raucous), and because the wedding itself was small he was a huge part of the day with us.

He has a genuine passion for his craft and with the work of other great photographers. This combined with his talent and genuine curiosity makes his photographs so beautiful.

Not only do we have pictures which we’ll treasure forever, but he’s a lovely guy and has become a firm friend too. If you want 10/10 shots from a 10/10 human then Nick is your man!

Nick took photos for my sisters wedding which were amazing, so we invited him to be part of our special day! He capture our wedding in such a unique and personal way that made it feel like us. More practically speaking, Nick was very easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, available and flexible from the first call to the download of the pictures. Extremely grateful we got to meet him !

Nick was recommended to us from another photographer. We automatically fell in love with his work online. We were so impressed with his work and very keen to have him cover our wedding and booked him immediately. We managed to have a Zoom meeting before hand and discuss the day and our vision for the day. Nick was present throughout the day and caught all the beautiful moments. During the ceremony we did not even realise that he managed to capture so many different angles - I am still not sure how he managed to dart around the ceremony without us even realising (still not sure how he did it).

We loved the photos and they captured the day so well. The images we have shared with our friends and family are beautiful and everybody comments on the amazing colours and composition that was so beautifully captured by Nick.
