Mei Lou was absoulutely fantastic on our wedding day and in the run up - her communication was brilliant! All our guests reflected that she was so sunshiny and fab at getting everyone organised! She fitted into the room seamlessly when both Felix and I were getting ready and gelled really well with our hair and make up vendors!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Mei Lou! From the very beginning, she was an absolute dream to work with. On a day that can feel overwhelming and fast-paced, Mei brought such a calm, confident, and reassuring presence that instantly put us at ease. Knowing she was there capturing everything allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every second.
What impressed us most was how perfectly she captured the essence of our wedding day. Every photo tells a story. She didn’t just take pictures — she documented moments. From the emotion-filled ceremony at The Sugar House at Hotel Du Vin to the laughter and joy that carried through to our reception at The Ostrich pub in Redcliffe, she preserved the entire atmosphere so beautifully.
The big highlights are all there — the look on our faces when we saw each other for the first time, the happy tears during the ceremony, the heartfelt speeches, and the packed dance floor later in the evening. From the very beginning, she was warm, calm, and completely professional, but what truly sets her apart is how naturally she connected with our family on the day. One of our biggest concerns was ensuring our autistic non verbal son felt comfortable and supported, and she went above and beyond in every possible way. So many of our guests commented on how incredible she was with him, and because of that, we were able to relax and genuinely enjoy the day as a family.

We also had someone very important attending who didn’t want to be in the limelight, and this was handled with total respect and discretion. It was managed so subtly and thoughtfully that it never felt awkward or stressful at all, which, with everything else we had to plan, made such a difference on the day.

Nothing ever felt forced or staged. She captured us exactly as we are, real moments, real emotions, and beautiful interactions, and the photos reflect that perfectly. The images are absolutely incredible and allow us to relive the day, which went by far too quickly.

Her calm presence made everything feel effortless. She created a supportive atmosphere that allowed everyone to feel at ease, and we are so grateful to have these memories captured so beautifully.
