Hi 👋 I’m Meg! Based in the lovely town of Penistone, Barnsley in South Yorkshire, I’m a wedding photographer with a love for storytelling, real moments, and a good confetti shot. I’ve been capturing the magic, mayhem, and everything in between—with a camera in hand and a big smile on my face for over 3 years now.
As you can see from my reviews, I'm known for making couples feel super relaxed (no awkward posing marathons here), I bring a mix of fun energy, calm guidance, and just the right amount of organisation to your big day. Think of me as the helpful extra guest who also happens to take stunning photos you’ll want to hang on every wall!
With competitive prices I have a big belief that beautiful wedding photography should be accessible to everyone, I offer packages that won’t blow your budget—but will absolutely blow you away.
From the first “hello” to the final gallery delivery, they’ll be right there with you— my phone is awlays on and im only a WhatsApp away. I like to keep things light, laid-back, and totally you.

What does the wedding package include?
Bridal and Groom preparation right up until the first dance. Includes candid creative photos and beautifully edited shots of your special day. Digital photos shared via gallery or usb to keep forever
How far in advance should I contact you?
I usually get clients booking at least 1 year in advance, but I can take bookings up to 4 weeks before - dependant on availability
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, all of South and West Yorkshire, venues further away can be discussed
What is the charge for travelling?
I only charge £50 fee if it’s more than 2 hours away

What kind of technology do you use?

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
I prefer the candid approach, you are there to enjoy your special day and I’m there to capture all the purest moments that may otherwise be missed. Don’t worry, no monotonous photoshoots guaranteed!
What kind of equipment do you use?
2 x Nikon Z8 with various lenses, some flash lighting as and when required
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, i use a secure online gallery to display my couples photos
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

Meg Captured Our Day Perfectly!
Meg is amazing!
Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. The photos are absolutely stunning—everyone loves them! She listened brilliantly and got our style from the start, keeping things relaxed and candid rather than overly posed, which was exactly what we wanted. She has this brilliant way of being super professional while keeping everything easygoing and fun!
She’s not just technically amazing but also fantastic with people—she made everyone feel so at ease, which really shows in the photos. And total lifesaver moment—she somehow knew lemonade would get a bright pink lipstick stain out of my dress!
From our first chat, she listened, was super flexible, and just totally got us. She even sent over about 30 gorgeous preview shots while the wedding was still happening!

What can I say that hasn't been said about this young lady.
From the minute Meg arrived she made us feel like old friends. Relaxing Joy getting ready and helping her nerves in the last moments before the ceremony. Meg mingled amongst our guests catching some lovely moments without intruding. Everyone to a person said how wonderful she was, not trying to organise the staged photo but putting people at ease. The result of her hard work revealed what we wanted to look back on our special day. The photos were excellent and well thought out. I can only pass on our heart felt thanks from Joy and I. If you do decide to have Meg for your wedding you won't be disappointed.

Meg made our day!
We are so blessed that we found Meg. She was so professional & lovely that we felt she was one of the family by the end of the day. Putting everybody at ease (& rescuing the bride from a mini meltdown), Meg is not just a photographer, she's a star.

May Wedding
Meg was literally the best photographer we could have asked for. Made everyone very relaxed on the day and for the most part we didn’t even know she was there. We got our sneak peaks within 48hrs and they are just fab can’t wait to see them all.

So good I booked her twice!
Meg was the most amazing wedding photographer. For a cost that really is a fraction of what other suppliers would ask, she gave us astoundingly good service and a wedding album that captures our unique wedding- candid, smiling, silly, colourful... she did such a good job that I also booked her for a newly wed photo shoot a couple of weeks later! You can't go wrong with this lovely lady.

Totally Competent & Professional Photographer
