Matthew was professional, a pleasure to have around and somehow captured the most precious 1 off moments a studio would have taken hours of attempts and it still wouldn’t have been as good or natural as those taken by Matthew . I cannot recommend him enough .

Matthew was recently our wedding photographer, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better one! He was so easy to get on with, and kept our guests laughing all day. We had so many comments from our guests saying what a fantastic photographer and just a genuinely nice guy he was! By the end of the night he was more like one of our guests as everyone was getting on so well with him. The photos came out amazing as well, he really did such a good job, we are so happy with them and so grateful to Matthew! We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer. Matt was fantastic on the day. We had not had the chance to meet prior to the wedding day because of covid but this was not an issue at all Matt was so friendly and felt like a guest. He really listened to what we wanted from our photos. I hate having my photo taken and was really nervous about spending ages posing. But all we did was go for a little walk together and I was so happy with the result. So many of my married guests commented on Matt and how wonderful they thought he was and his style. The only regret I have is not booking Matt for the full day.

From the moment we started our communication with Matthew he instantly made the photography part of our wedding an absolute delight. From having an introductory chat over FaceTime to meeting in person on the day, he has a professional way of just making you feel like it’s just one of your friends taking your wedding pictures. We got married at the start of October and the natural Scottish weather arrived that day. Despite the rain Matt managed to still capture stunning photos!!

Matt shot our wedding on the 29th April 2023 and we could not have chosen a better photographer. He shot our friends wedding the year before and after seeing her pictures we loved his work and booked him. From the minute I started to interact with Matt I knew he was going to be great. Firstly, he always answered messages promptly which was reassuring for us and secondly we loved his excitement and enthusiasm towards our day.
From the moment he arrived he talked me through what we were doing. He worked amazingly alongside our videographer and generally just made me feel at ease. He interacted so well with the guests in a fun but professional manner which everyone complimented. Matthew was able to capture candid photos of us and our guests which really showed the emotions on that day. He also suggested loads of different photo opportunities to make sure we didn’t miss out and he captured shots we didn’t even know we wanted!
Fast forward to after the wedding. Matt’s aftercare is amazing. He sent us some teasers after the wedding to share on social media etc but he was prompt in getting us the full collection (even got it to us quicker than he had originally said which was a pleasant surprise). We were provided with a USB and prints.
He made us an incredible album which really showed his true artistic talent, better than that he’s genuinely very passionate about what he does and has the technical knowledge to back it up!
He’s hands down one of the nicest guys we’ve ever met.
