I am a fully insured, award-winning, full-time wedding photographer and I have over 300 wedding experience.
I’m a Lake District-based wedding photographer but I am available to shoot throughout North West and beyond.
I specialise in creative, stylish, and relaxed wedding photography.
For me, it's important to allow people to be themselves and enjoy the day, with natural smiles and laughter as they are always the best photos.
I aim to photograph what’s there and what’s happening, while at the same time, doing it creatively, and providing you with stunning images that you will treasure.
I adore the small moments in between just as much as the rest, and nothing about your wedding day will go unnoticed. This is your day to shine, so smile and enjoy it while I capture your story.
I offer a few different collections but I can also create bespoke collections for you. The final edited images are presented on a private online gallery, which means you can share your photos with your loved ones and everyone can download their own photos.
Weddings are expensive, so I offer a flexible payment plan meaning you can spread the cost in as many installments as you like up until the 6 weeks prior to your wedding.
Finally, It is very important to choose a photographer you like. Once the wedding is over, you hang your dress, go on your honeymoon, the only thing left in your hands are the photographs, and if you don't love your photos then you haven't chosen the right photographer! Make sure you shop around, look at every single photograph possible, ask every question you need to ask, and finally make sure you invest in a professional photographer that you love and trust.

The BEST photographer!!

The Johnston’s
From day one of looking into wedding suppliers, I knew that Ladybirds Photography was the photographer that we wanted. The images shown throughout Eftal’s socials and website absolutely sold it for us. Luckily enough Eftal was available on our date and we were able to work with this incredible man.
This guy brings 10/10 energy and gets the job done. We absolutely loved spending time out of our special day to walk the venue grounds with Eftal and let him do his magic. We felt so at ease with him and felt as if we’d know him for ages, conversations just flowed and the laughs were never ending.
We then received the pictures and wow !!!! This guy really is the gift that keeps on giving. We are so in love with our images, I just need a bigger house now so I can have all of them on the walls at all times. If you’re on the fence don’t be, this guy really is the bees knees and we loved having him at our wedding !

Stunning Photographer!
When we were researching wedding photographers, we saw Eftal's social media and we knew straight away he was the one who we wanted to capture our special day. His photos are stunning and his creative touch was exactly what we were looking for. We were over the moon when we reached out and found out he was available on our wedding date!

Best photographer ever!!
Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to photograph our wedding, especially as it was his photograph that sold the venue to us before we had even viewed it.. Eftal truly is the best.. not only does he make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera but he has the best banter and makes a good cup of tea!
I never thought I’d like a photo that I am in but eftal seems to be some sort of magician because there’s not one photo I don’t like!
I can’t wait to hang them on every inch of my home and treasure at them forever.
His photography style is for an autumnal wedding and a must if you are getting married at hidden river barn or anywhere else in the lakes!

A master of his craft
Eftal was truly unbelievable. We had researched many different photographers unsure on how to choose. We asked for recommendations from our venue and they overwhelmingly said ladybird photography.
From the first conversation we had with Eftal we were confident that we were in good hands. He was responsive, informative and very professional. We didn't need to discuss much with him as he is so knowledgeable and experienced.
On our wedding day we had an amazing time that was captured through the truly remarkable photos by Eftal. He made us feel so relaxed and we were able to enjoy our day even more than we thought we could. Throughout the day he was constantly taking photos but we bearly saw him. He was never pushy or demanding. He knew where to be to get the most photos possible and his quality was never less than perfect.
This man is truly remarkable. He is kind, funny, and professional, but above all else, he is fantastic at what he does.

Look no further when seeking the best photographer
One of the first things people confirm for their weddings is the venue…not us. Ours was ensuring we could book Ladybirds the venue and date would need to fit around him! We knew from looking through his photos online he was had the perfect style for us!
Prior to our wedding we had spoken to Eftal and told him a few ideas we'd had for photos and he was so enthusiastic about everything, nothing was too much trouble. He was friendly and approachable with any questions we had and we knew it was all in safe hands.

When I said lets go for it it's only rain his face lit up, you can see the passion for what he does and he is eager to ensure you make the most of your day and get the best pictures. So the 3 of us went and embraced the rain. We spent a few hours out in the Lake District up and down mountains, out on the jetty, running through puddles and it was one of the best parts of our day. Eftal made us both feel at ease in front of the camera, he made us laugh from start to finish. He really does go the extra mile to ensure he gets the most stunning shots.
Receiving our photos back was like reliving the whole day again, they were more amazing than we could have dreamed of. Eftal captured everything I'd asked for without me even having to think about it.
Our wedding day was perfect and Eftal was a huge part of that! Thank you for capturing our day perfectly we will never get bored of looking at our stunning photos.

WOW!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!!
Ladybirds Photography was the first thing we chose after booking our elopement wedding. We knew instantly this was the photographer for us. Aside from being insanely talented, Eftal is just the nicest most genuine guy. His passion and enthusiasm is infectious, we had the most incredible afternoon with him and felt like we were getting photographed by an old friend. We chatted, we laughed, the hours flew by. It was all so comfortable and natural and our preview shots are BREATHTAKING!!! Don’t be fooled his laid back demeanour, this guy is on fire when he’s in action! He’s constantly capturing and creating non-stop, even when he’s just chatting away. I don’t know if I’m the only bride who actually wanted it to rain, blue skies and sunshine isn’t my vibe. I wanted all the drama of dark and gloomy and moody skies and when I explained this to Eftal he could not have been more excited. The weather could not have been more perfect on the day. Future brides to be, don’t be scared of the weather, magic happens regardless! Cannot recommend Eftal enough, he has given us precious memories that will last forever. Wonderful Winter Wedding!
We chose Eftal after seeing his work online. His style matched the kind of look we wanted and we were so pleased that he was available to capture our day. Eftal worked so well with our videographer who he had never met before, this made the day so much more relaxed for us and our guests. We got married in December so were expecting bad weather but Eftal didnt flinch at the wind and rain and he just got us out there, enjoying the moments. I have been counting the days to see the full album and it was so worth the wait. We are over the moon with the work that Eftal has done and our whole family are looking forward to getting prints done. Thank you Eftal - we LOVE your work :)

A fantastic experience
I knew that I wanted Eftal to photograph my wedding before the venue was even booked. It was a decision that we certainly do not regret. Eftal really went above and beyond at our wedding, making sure everything ran smoothly and even doing things like helping to button my dress. We felt uncomfortable about the photos but Eftal really put us at ease and they turned out to be INCREDIBLE. The previews that came after the wedding were amazing and we now have the full gallery. It was so hard to choose favourites for our album as there were so many lovely photos. The day was captured perfectly and gave us wonderful memories to look back on. I would absolutely recommend Eftal to anybody, he is incredibly talented and our guests were talking about how good he was after the wedding but even more so now after they have seen the photos. The most stunning wedding photos you could wish for!
Choosing a photographer to capture one of the best days of your life is no small task but honestly look no further than Eftal.. his work is sensational! From the moment Eftal arrived on the morning of our wedding he kept us all laughing and feeling relaxed. He guided us on how we could get the best out of our shots and he made it feel natural the entire time. No words can describe the happiness we felt when we received our wedding photos and when going through them it felt like we were relieving the whole day again. He captured every aspect of our special day perfectly. So many of our friends and family have commented on them being the best wedding photos they had ever seen and they really are absolutely stunning. A dream come true
Wow. Eftal truly puts his heart and soul into each and every photo. We were both really nervous about this aspect of the wedding- spending hours infront of a camera, feeling embarrassed and tense- but it was the most fun, heart warming experience and we wish we could do it all over again. We felt instantly at ease and the guests loved him too. He's kind, patient and has such a creative vision, going for the natural and scenic shots.
We fell in love with his photos and style on first viewing when we booked the wedding and knew he would make our wedding look spectacular, by capturing all the intimate moments. We were right. But also so wrong a he surpassed our expectations in every single way. Stunning.

Could not have wished for a better photographer
Eftal is not just your average wedding photographer. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He spent hours in the rain with us getting the best shots. Every single one is perfect and the joy we felt on the day is evident throughout. He was super helpful in the run-up to the wedding and especially on the day.
