We had such a wonderful experience with them. Pat and Krissel from the very beginning, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly easy to be around. They made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera, which meant so much because it allowed everything to feel natural and genuine.

Krissel and Patrick made the entire experience one to remember. We had a pre-wedding meeting to discuss what kind of photos we wanted from the day and they were open to anything during that conversation.

From the very beginning they were nothing but helpful and attentive. They turned up early to the wedding, focused on what we had asked for and did it in a very discreet fashion. Weddings mornings are so busy and they made themselves noticed, but didn't get in the way. They acted in an extremely professional manner while being friendly and warm.

Me and my now husband were really worried about the 'posing and photos' side of a wedding, it's just not something we're used to. However, they made us feel so comfortable during every photo opportunity. We did spend a lot of time with them during the day and you can see the passion they have when working.

They produced a seek preview gallery just days after the wedding and when you're feeling slightly sad that it's all over, it really does pick you up! Not to mention a mini highlight reel video, that had the exact same effect.

The husband-wife, photographer-videographer duo is definitely unmatched. Their communication was on point and our guests only had positive things to say. They captured our story the way we wanted and so far the quality of work has been simply exceptional. They're such creative people and can see how much their work really means to them.

We recently did an engagement photoshoot with Krissel and Patrick before our wedding which we have booked in for August. It was a great way to meet them and get comfortable being photographed before the big day. We received the photos back within less than a week, all beautifully edited. Hiring Knotflix to be our photographer and videographer for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. The team was very professional, and the quality of photos and videos were superb! I really think they are one of the best photographers and videographers in the UK. They captured our best moments and the video captured our story. The video really is a film and a work of art! Our photos were all so good (they gave us around 700 photos!) and it was really difficult to decide which ones we want for our album. All in all, I really couldn't recommend Knotflix enough. If anyone is looking for photo and/or video services in the UK (they travel all around), Knotflix is the company to go for.

It was last minute that I knew Knotflix. I was really talking to someone else before I happen to find them. The first one that I talked to said something that was unpleasant for me so I decided to look for another one. Then I met Knotflix and I enjoyed how they treated my niece. The pre-debut shoot in Essex was excellent and the photos all turned out good. The video they made was so sweet it made my niece happy she experienced the whole thing.
