We hired Abigail for our Wedding in November 2024 at Hockwold Hall, and couldn't have been happier with the results and the process. When we reached out to Abigail we had sent enquiries to several other photographers, not only was Abigail the quickest to respond but she gave the most full response outlining exactly how the service with her would work including a pre-wedding meet up and shoot to make sure we got the end result we wanted. We were initially interested in photographers who fit the style that would work with our Autumn Wedding and Abigail was a front runner in this way also. Once we had made the choice even though it was peak Wedding season when we were planning, Abigail never failed to get back to us, working around our schedule, at the earliest opportunities even though she must have been extremely busy. As two people who are ill at ease in front of a camera the initial meeting to discuss the sort of photos we are looking for and then the pre-shoot to give us an idea of how the day would look was an absolute god send and we were so pleased when we were E-mailed the results we knew we had made the right decision. Abigail in herself was lovely and very personable and also helped us ease into a potential awkward scenario, being people who normally shy away from photos and the limelight. Come the day of the Wedding, Abigail was promptly on site and got some lovely photos of the set up process and the Bride and Bridesmaids getting ready. During the hectic and nerve wracking parts of the day, you didn't really notice Abigail moving around the venue and she got some gorgeous candid shots which is exactly what we wanted. She was on hand all day to take any posed photos we required and when it came to the after the ceremony shoot she had a perfect eye for the best details at the venue which led to some photos that we have since used on social media / will be getting prints and be placing these in our house. I cannot speak more highly of the service we received from Abigail at every step of the process and for the photos we got back, in quality and volume, I feel the price we paid was an absolute bargain. We are already talking about potential shoots in the future for anniversaries and just to get some nice follow up photos starring our dog as she was not allowed at the Wedding venue (She did take part in the pre-wedding shoot and was captured beautifully) and there will be no shopping around for photographer. I would highly recommend looking at Abigail's portfolio and discussing any celebration or event you are planning with her because we are so so happy with our results and will be recommending Abigail to any friend or family member looking to have photos taken. We have sent the online gallery to everyone who attended the Wedding and everyone we have spoken to have been so complimentary about all the photos that were captured.
