At Dain Lewis Visuals, I photograph weddings in a relaxed, natural and unobtrusive way, capturing the real moments that make the day yours. The laughter, nerves, little glances, family reactions and unexpected moments are often the photographs that become the most important.
My style combines natural documentary photography with beautifully composed portraits. I want you to have the photographs you will want on the wall, but I do not believe you should spend half your wedding day posing for them.
A relaxed approach
I know that not everyone feels comfortable in front of a camera. In fact, most couples tell me they would rather forget the photographer is there.
That suits me perfectly.
I keep things relaxed, give direction when it is helpful and then step back when it is not. During the ceremony and reception, I concentrate on observing what is happening around me and anticipating those fleeting moments that cannot be recreated.
When we do take some time for photographs of the two of you, I keep it natural and enjoyable rather than turning it into a long formal photoshoot.

Every wedding is different, so I take time to understand what matters to you before the day. Whether you are planning a small intimate ceremony, a traditional wedding or a huge celebration surrounded by family and friends, the photography should reflect the atmosphere and personality of the occasion.
