We had the silver photobooth and the audio message phone. It was so much fun and everyone enjoyed it. We had great service and my messaged were always replied too quickly.

I would strongly advise against using this company for your wedding or any major event. Our experience was stressful from start to finish due to a complete lack of professionalism and poor execution.

The communication was abysmal. We always had to be the ones to initiate contact; they almost never reached out to us with updates or confirmations. Most concerningly, we still hadn’t received our final photo design just one day before the wedding. When they finally did send it, our names were spelled incorrectly—a basic detail that should have been checked.

On the day of the wedding, we were informed that the printer was broken. This meant none of our guests received the physical keepsakes we had paid for. While things can break, the lack of a backup plan or a heads-up was very disappointing for a professional service.

After the wedding, they eventually posted us the printouts. However, the quality was unacceptable—the photos didn’t even fit within the borders of the template. It looked rushed and unprofessional.
A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and you expect your vendors to be reliable. This company was the biggest source of stress during our planning process and failed to deliver the service promised. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

We paid for the photo booth and candy cart package for our wedding. You are meant to get the sold version of both. We didn't. We told Samantha we had a green and pink theme. Our candy bags were red and there was no personalisation. We never received a usb stick with all the photos from our photo booth and they didn't supply a pen for the guest book. We didn't get an additional guestbook because we'd paid for one as part of this package. It's basically a photo album from the photo booth. There's no messages. We also found out a week after the wedding that a toy platypus of our from the wedding had gone back in the props box. Samantha said she'd get it back to us. We are now in November and she hasn't returned it. She's been saying she'll post it to us since August. I am now leaving honest reviews and contemplating contacting the police as she's refusing to return our property through her inaction. Do not use this company. Samantha is untrustworthy and I'm not impressed. I held of leaving a review just waiting for this toy to be returned and I wasn't going to mention the rest of this stuff. I am extremely fed up now.

The Photobooth was amazing and the attendant was on hand to put together a beautiful photo guest book for a keepsake after our wedding.
The candy cart was also a lovely touch and the kids loved it as well as the big kids (adults)

We hired Family Bounce Ltd to supply us with a photobooth, sweet cart and audio guestbook for our wedding. Nothing was too much to ask for with Samantha. Everyone really enjoying making use of all that had been provided.

Family bounce are such an amazing company to hire. I used them twice for big occasions, and they were always punctual arriving and setting up. Great set up and choice of props, the booth itself looks so professional. The team are so friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone! Would use again definitely.
