Wedding Tots provides childcare services for all occasions but specalises in Weddings. Wedding days can be busy, overwhelming and time precious. With our experience and knowledge we will ensure each child's needs are met individually. We work on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis depending on child's needs, ages and wedding.

Wedding tots prides ourselves on our professionalism by ensuring all couples recieve a personalised video to their little ones before the day introducing them to the designated nanny, a zoom/phone call to discuss the day and open communication throughout the day of how their little one is doing!

Nannies at Wedding Tots have a wealth of knowledge in education, health and development meaning they can navigate a busy wedding day with your little one by using on hand techniques such as 'lets go on a bear hunt' or 'I wonder if you can help me....'

Wedding Tots is based in Sussex and regular travels to Surrey, Kent and London for Weddings. We would be happy to discuss other locations and aborad weddings.

Thank you Sorcha!

I couldn't be more thankful for Sorcha. Her presence allowed our day to flow so much easier.

I found out I was pregnant halfway through wedding planning and our little one was only going to be 3 months - we had a huge panic because we didn't know what we were going to do! I didn't want little one to be surrounded by so much noise, so many people and be so overstimulated. That's when I found Sorcha - we had a conversation and I instantly knew little one would be okay.

Sorcha understood how hard this would be for both me and little one's dad - it was our first time leaving her with anyone. However, she made us feel so comfortable and reassured. We were able to check on her when needed and she also was able to be a part of the day (thank you for bringing her to watch our first dance).

I really would recommend Sorcha. Thank you once again! xx

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish!

From the very first message, the communication with Wedding Tots Limited was outstanding. Booking from Ireland was so straightforward, and Sorcha made the whole process completely stress-free. She was friendly, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The boys thoroughly enjoyed their day with her, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would definitely use her services again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

One of the best decisions we made

We have a 2-year-old daughter who we would have loved to have at the wedding, but we knew realistically it wouldn’t be much fun for her—or for us (she’d want to be with mum all day!). Sorcha sent us a video in the lead-up to the big day, and when Martha met her, she instantly felt at ease. We saw Martha a few times throughout the day, completely relaxed knowing she was in such capable hands.

Having heard from friends who didn’t have a nanny on the day, if you’re on the fence—don’t be. Sorcha gave us the gift of a wedding day that was truly ours. Thank you again!

Best money we spent on our wedding!

Sorcha was lovely and sooo helpful on our wedding day. She got to know our 18 month old and really took the stress of a wedding with children away. She make sure my daughter was fed, changed and rested but still involved in the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Best money we spent for our wedding!

Best decision!

Hiring Wedding Tots was the best decision we made in planning our wedding - Sorcha and Lisa were absolute godsends! We got married last week and had our own two young children (2 and 5) as well as our niece and nephew (3 and 6) at the wedding. They took all the stress away from the day and did a brilliant job keeping the children happy and entertained all day allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the day. We couldn’t have got through the day without them! They were so lovely, warm, calm and on hand all day - the kids had such a fab day. We had so many comments from guests and family about how great they were and how happy the kids seemed. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend! Thank you xx

Amazing Experience for the Little Ones!

The team at Wedding Tots were amazing. Fantastic set up for our littlest wedding guests and so flexible for the needs of the parents too. They supported us all the way through the day and even looked after the little ones until 1am so the parents could dance the night away. Would 100% recommend their services!

Sorcha - Baby Wedding Dress Whisperer

Whilst she is the best thing in our life, we knew we wanted additional help on our wedding day so that we could enjoy it together and know our daughter would be well looked after.

We found Sorcha through the hitched website, and straight off the bat when we had a chat with her, we knew she would be the perfect solution to our day.

We had Sorcha provide the overnight service, and throughout the whole of our wedding day and through the night she was incredible. She followed our plans, was absolutely incredible with our daughter and best of all is a bloody lovely person.

Professional, caring, fantastic qualifications and working background that makes her simply brilliant at her job.

We couldn’t recommend her more, and are almost sad we can’t get married against just to have her round with our little one!

Wedding babysitter for my twins

I cannot recommend Wedding Tots Ltd enough. The babysitter Lisa had twins of her own and knew what to do with my 2 yr old twins boys for my wedding. It was so nice to be able to not worry about my boys and enjoy my wedding day. Highly recommend

Highly recommend!

Sorcha was fantastic at our wedding and a must-have for anyone getting married with young children. We debated getting a nanny in the run up and are SO pleased we did. She was able to look after our little ones when we (naturally) weren't able to and put our mind at ease that they were safe at all times. Our 2 year old started to kick off a little in the ceremony and she was quick to take him out for the vows and bring him back again to walk down the aisle again. Thank you so much again!

Amazing - Sorcha and the team are fantastic

What a find! We absolutely loved working with Sorcha and the Wedding Tots team in the run up to our day, and everything went so smoothly on the day and the children had a blast. As a rather nervous bride and one who has seen children wreak havoc at weddings, I was really concerned, but Sorcha put my mind at ease and set up the most amazing creche for the children to play, rest, have a moment. The parents loved it too! I will be recommending Sorcha and the team to everyone getting married in this area - thank you thank you

The best investment - Sorcha!

As the Bride and Groom, parents to a 5 year old and 13 month old, we were anxious how we would juggle the parental responsibilities whilst also enjoying our day and being present. Sorcha is the answer! She was brilliant.

Typically my baby, 13 months, got really poorly two days before the wedding and was on antibiotics and prescribed with an inhaler. As you can imagine - this is a huge nightmare for a mother, let alone on her wedding day. Sorcha was phenomenal and my knight in shining armour.

She was so attentive, confident, knowledgable and truly had my baby’s welfare at heart. She kept him well fed, hydrated, changed, on top of his meds to keep his temperature down etc. She was so natural and confident and although I’d never met her before, she earned my trust and more importantly - my babies trust. He’s clingy and doesn’t like being held by others, until Sorcha. He was immediately at ease with her and I could not have had the most amazing day without her.

She kept my boys present throughout the day but also well looked after so my new husband and I could relax and enjoy every second of our day.

Could not recommend Wedding Tots more. Worth every single penny and I even paid an additional tip because she deserved it. Will keep her in mind for all future childminding needs

For perfect peace of mind, book Sorcha.

We got married last weekend and before this, we had never left our 8-month-old in anyone else's care. We were quite nervous as she can become fussy around unfamiliar people and become very clingy. Sorcha was an absolute angel from the first second. She saw us arriving from the church, immediately came over and took Peggy into her care, carrying her from the car to the venue. Nothing was too much trouble, Sorcha jumped into our routine and Peggy was instantly trusting and happy. They played games, had lunch an dinner, came down to the wedding breakfast between naps and had a lovely bath and bedtime. The sense of relief that we had knowing that Peggy was in the best care was priceless, we were able to fully enjoy all of the festivities without having to look at a monitor and it was safe to say that we let our hair down! There is no way that we'd have been able to do that had Sorcha not have been there. If you are thinking about wedding childcare, Sorcha is the one. I can't thank her enough.

Would strongly recommend, Sorcha was Brilliant 🤩

We had never left our (nearly) 4yo with anyone before and it was for a family wedding away from where we live and he was the only child. So we were a little apprehensive about leaving him but Sorcha from the moment we had the first phone call she immediately put us at ease. She had set up a lovely area for him to play in with toys and games that were tailored to his interests and kept him happy, safe and occupied until 9:30pm. Our little one really enjoyed playing with her and we knew that we had made the right choice in choosing Sorcha for this event. We would 100% recommend Wedding Tots and would book again if we needed the services again ! Thank you so much for taking the stress out of the day/evening so that we could relax as well!

Wedding Tots

Sorcha looked after our 1yo on our wedding day last month and she arguably had the most important job of the day. My husband and I were adamant we wanted to find someone who could provide him with the support, dedication and love that we normally would on any normal day. We were very aware we would be pulled from every direction and she was just incredible in making us feel like we didn’t need to worry about him and just go with the flow of the day. From pre-ceremony, right through to the very end, she was on hand to look after our son and ensure he had everything he needed. We trusted her throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and if she lived closer to where we live, I would have her look after our son whenever we are in need of childcare.

An absolute must if you have children!

Planning a wedding when you have children isn’t easy! You very much want them to be a part of your special day, however you don’t want to spend the day distracted by childcare or ask any of your guests to help either. When we heard about Wedding Tots it sounded too good to be true. But Sorcha’s amazing company exceeded all expectations. From the moment I spoke to Sorcha she completely put us at ease. Our children can be shy, so Sorcha arranged to come over to meet them before the wedding and they clicked with her immediately. She is fun, energetic, kind and creative - everything you could hope for in a Nanny. Sorcha was on hand to help from the wedding morning to get the children ready for the day, right up until the DJ finished and the last guests left. Our children spent the day happy and occupied but were still very much involved in all the key moments! They had a ball. We had quite a few children at our wedding so Wedding Tots arranged for a play teepee with toys and games to keep all the little ones entertained during the day. It went down a storm! We can’t thank Sorcha and Wedding Tots enough for allowing us the freedom to enjoy our wedding day without the every day stresses of parenting. Do go ahead and book - you won’t regret it.
