What is included in the wedding package?

We have a range of packages to suit different needs. However all packages include appropriate equipment, event consultation and DJ / MC as standard

How far in advance should I contact you?

If you feel we are for you please contact as soon as possible dates get booked up quickly. We do also handle late and even emergency bookings if we have the availability and capacity to do so

I have 15 Years Experience of DJing events 12 years as a full time professional I ve delivered over 250 successful weddings and have never let a client down

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, there is no surcharge for Hertfordshire Essex or North London Beyond that I would add extra to travel and if required accommodation this would be clearly stated in your quotation

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

With a team

What is the length of time of the act?

It up to you but most Wedding DJ set are at least 3 hours if you wanted us to cover a whole days music we can stretch this to 12 hours music coverage sometimes more

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

I usually put approximately the same amount of time into preparing a set as I do to deliver a set this includes meeting clients which is a strong preference of mine

Do you do open-air acts?

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

How do you charge extra time?

Additional DJing time before Midnight is usually charged at £75 per hour after Midnight fee is £100 per hour

Wedding DJ & Photo Pod

We hired Jonathan for our wedding after having him DJ my 30th birthday party and it was one of the best decisions we made! Not only did he help us with questions and guidance in the run up to the wedding, he was on hand to support with logistics on the day and MC-ed the whole event. His enthusiasm combined with his calm demeanour made the day run so smoothly, and the music was on point!! Not only was he part of the party, he WAS the party. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for more and would recommend him to everyone and anyone.

Fantastic in all respects

Jonathan was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He was responsive, tailored a package to suit our needs and spent lots of time and effort understanding what music and approach suited us for the day and evening parts of our wedding. Jonathan is so personable and brought a welcome warmth and energy to our big day. We really felt like nothing was too much trouble and he was a huge part of why the day was so very special for us all. We can’t recommend Jonathan highly enough!

Incredible night - Jonathan is an amazing DJ

When we first met up with Johnathan we instantly knew he was the DJ for our wedding reception. He has so much knowledge and helped with everything from the music to the right lighting for the venue. Jonathan has a great charisma and even came and had a dance with us. He made our party really special. We would totally recommend Source Music and Jonathan, if you are looking for a DJ, you'll definitely have a fantastic night.

Our wedding celebration party

Jonathan was brilliant! He was recommended to us and we were super pleased that we decided to use Source Music. Prior to our celebration party Jonathan met with us several times at the venue to discuss ideas. He’s really creative and made loads of really good suggestions to us, such as using the Boom Box set up, light up dance floor, the poseur tables and bespoke table decorations. So many of our guests commented on what a great DJ he was and how his choice of 80’s music was perfect and kept the dance floor full all evening. He even led some of the dancing and sang at the end! Such a lovely guy. Nothing was too much to ask. I’m already recommending him to my friends and family.
