Naughty Parrot - weddings that actually feel like you

We're Naughty Parrot, a DJ company in East London, and we do weddings differently.

Not another DJ in a corner playing the standard first-dance songbook. We build the whole atmosphere with you, from the moment your guests arrive, through the ceremony, drinks reception, dinner, first dance, and the last song at 2 am when your favourite people are still on the floor.

How we work

Rij (our founder) curates every wedding personally. Everything else we bring: the perfect DJ, live musicians, wellbeing moments, sax players, string quartets, sunrise ceremonies, sunset receptions - is curated together, based on what makes your day feel like yours.

We take the proper time to get to know you before your wedding. What your love story sounds like, what your first dance actually is, what songs your grandparents will lose their minds to, what makes your best friend cry-laugh, and how music has played a part in your individual lives and connected life together.

What makes us different

• We're a music and wellbeing brand at heart - which means we shape the energy of your day and not just 'soundtrack' it. Warm arrival music, a considered ceremony, sunset drinks that flow, a first dance moment that everybody remembers forever, and of course, a dance floor that stays full until the end.
  
  
• We do unusual things beautifully - surprise musicians walking through the crowd, live percussionists, ambient sunrise ceremonies, a wellbeing morning (meditation, breathwork, yoga, etc.) for the wedding party in the morning or the next day.
  
  
• We know how to build community moments - because that's what NP does the rest of the year, in unusual venues across the UK and Europe. Weddings are just the most personal version of what we do best.
