As the name suggests, Laura is the owner and professional singer behind this business. She is a professionally-trained vocalist and has been working in the theatre for over a decade. With a large repertoire that spans several genres, Laura can perform the songs that mean the most to you.

Services Offered

Laura Frances can provide fitting songs throughout your entire celebration. During your ceremony, Laura can welcome guests with soothing melodies before turning up the tempo during the banquet and reception should you wish. A custom playlist can be agreed upon ahead of time so you only hear the songs that showcase your personality and love story. Whether you're a fan of classic melodies or the Top 40, Laura has you covered on your wedding day.

What is included in the wedding package?

I can offer individual performances for certain parts of your day, back to back Packages e.g. Ceremony & Reception, or Half & Full Day Packages. Please enquire with me for individual quotes

How far in advance should I contact you?

As soon as possible! My diary fills up quickly. If your event is last-minute, it never hurts to ask if I'm available - I'll always try and make it work for you and your day

I have a large repertoire spanning from the 1920s all the way up to modern day. Artists covered include: Adele, Al Green, Stevie Wonder, Ella Fitzgerald, Jessie J, Ed Sheeran, John Legend, Elvis

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Yes absolutely! My song list is always expanding and I love learning new songs

What's your experience?

I trained in Musical Theatre for 3 years at the London College of Music and since then I've travelled around the world singing for events, weddings, onboard luxury cruise ships and in shows

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, i'm based in West London but can travel anywhere for your special day. Travel costs calculated on request

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, contact me for individual travel costs

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

Yes

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

What is the length of time of the act?

I am flexible to fit around your day. However, I don't usually sing for longer than 60 mins at a time - I'll always have a short break in between sets and can play my Spotify playlists during these

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

I like at least an hour to set up my equipment, soundcheck and chat with the coordinator/venue owner to make sure everything is running smoothly

Do you do open-air acts?

Yes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

Per hour. If after 10pm and the drive home is more than 2 hours I would request accommodation. For early set up e.g set up at 5pm and not starting until 8pm I would charge £60 (£20 per hour there)

Amazing singer

WOW! What a voice. We booked Laura to sing at our wedding after discovering her on social media, as she sounded amazing online, but she’s even more amazing live! She didn’t just impress us…every one of our guests loved her (it felt like she was one of the wedding party)! Laura was so lovely to everyone, whilst remaining totally professional. Laura looked amazing too - a beautiful person, inside and out. From my initial contact with Laura, right through to our wedding day, she was a delight to work with. We worked together on my chosen songs/setlists, and Laura always responded promptly to my messages.
Our wedding day was very untraditional - we did things our way - and Laura made it work - she made our day that extra bit special! THANK YOU LAURA (our guests are still talking about you)! 🤍🎤🎼💃🏻

Wonderful show at wedding

Laura and Jack were absolutely amazing!!! They performed the songs we suggested, were super accommodating and professional. The show was amazing and everyone loved them and keep asking for more songs! They are so talented! They made my wedding even more special! Thank you!

Laura was excellent. Her performance added a beautiful and heartfelt meaning to our wedding ceremony and a fun and happy drinks reception! We were truly delighted with her talent and professionalism. Every single guest commented how fantastic she was. Highly recommend Laura and thank you so much for helping making our day so special! (My only regret was not booking Laura for the wedding breakfast!)

Exceptional

Laura and Jack were fantastic. Everyone commented on how amazing the music was, in particular Laura's voice, which is stunning. Laura was incredibly personable and flexible with the set list. They took the time to learn songs and change lyrics just for us. They set a lovely atmosphere for our wedding and we are so grateful they were able to perform. Thank you, Laura and Jack!

An absolute dream!!

Laura made our wedding more than we could ever dream of! Her voice is amazing and we had so many compliments on her throughout our day. She was so easy to work with, and was open to learning new songs.
We also asked Laura to record a song for our wedding film, and she worked really hard to make this perfect. Thank you so much Laura xx
