Joe is the ultimate professional - and won over guests of all ages (from fussy teens all the way up to family in their 70s and 80s!) which is no easy task!
So glad we booked him and he was a part of our special day!
We planned a wedding in 1 month and appreciated Joe’s approach - he shared his suggested playlists which were all great and had a bit of everything for all music tastes and contacted the venue himself to understand noise restrictions and logistics to free up our time. He’s proactive and doesn’t need hand holding - our other musician needed several calls and back and forth and support on the event itself and also disappeared and didn’t start on time which is obviously not what you want and that musician was apparently experienced and had good reviews. There was also a glitch with our other musician which ended up in the father bride dance being delayed whereas Joe got on with it, no glitches or delays and with his experience just knew what to do and you can’t really put a price on that.
He’s got an amazing voice and vibe and experience of judging the room which was important to us given it was a small intimate wedding (40 people) and we really weren’t sure how the day would land.
As some of my relatives are Turkish, I asked Joe if he could play 1 or 2 instrumentals of some popular Turkish pop songs if he could find the music sheets online - he ended up learning the handful of songs I shared with him, sang in Turkish the choruses of each and created a Turkish mega mix for us. Even my UK friends are still going on about it 6 weeks later! To be clear, Joe had never heard these songs before and does not speak Turkish.
It is testament to not only what an amazing talent Joe is but how driven he is in making your special day everything you want it to be.
There were some songs I also wanted my husband and I to hear together so I told Joe what these were and he didn’t let us down - with a busy wedding and Photo Booth and toilet breaks etc. we weren’t always in the same spot but some how Joe managed it.

Joe was just amazing. He definitely lived up to expectation and more. He was easy to contact before our wedding. Joe really made us feel at ease before our big day.

The dance floor always had people on it, our guests absolutely loved Joes voice. Including the toddlers who got up and had a dance.

Joe is a talented performer with a wide range of great songs to choose from. Also, he gladly learned new ones even if it’s a in a different language to make your event feel more personalized. We had no worries when it came to our entertainment as Joe was super professional and knows his way around the venue’s equipments, sound limitations..etc. last but not least, Joe is super friendly and smily and made us feel at ease arranging things prior to during our event.

Joe performed beautifully, learning not 1 but 3 requested songs that weren't on his roster! It really was the icing and cherry on top of the cake, and really made the wedding feel like it belonged to us ❤️.
Joe has been super easy to work with, asking what kind of music or vibe we were after. Knowingly we have rather quirky rocky nerdy tastes we asked if he could play acoustic Tenacious D, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and David Bowie for the day.
To our delight our guests absolutely loved the performance and we're so quick to mention they recognised the music they grew up with. 😊
If you have a small, humble wedding, or want a solo musician for dramatic effect, I absolutely recommend Joe, as he alone added such an amazing atmosphere to what would have been a rather awkward silent (although still beautiful) garden wedding. 😊

We loved having Joe at our wedding during the ceremony and the drinks reception. He was such a delight and we found him during our venues open day. He managed to sing the songs we loved perfectly. Our guests loved him and so did we!

We hired Joe for a private 40th party which was delayed due to Covid, so none of us had heard live music for such a long time and he absolutely smashed it, to the point people were begging him to play “just one more song!”

His communication was always clear and he responded promptly to all queries I had. He was more than happy to find out what type of music we liked and also did a few special requests which were just perfect!

Joe was a brilliant choice and really made the party a memorable night, we would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Joe was such a professional- he communicated quickly and clearly before my 60th birthday party. He gave me a song list so i could give him some guidance on what songs/singers i liked. On the evening, Joe was prompt, polite and nicely dressed. He was excellent at engaging with my 50 guests and was great fun and an excellent singer. You won’t be disappointed if you hire Joe for your event.

Joe was amazing from beginning to end.
First off he is incredibly gifted musically, he sang amazingly and his music was quality from start to finish. He was super flexible with music he needed to play as well as moved to different locations within the venue during the change of weather. He did this willingly and just on his own accord and it was perfect. Would recommend him to any one for any event!

Aw I seriously don’t know where to begin but please do book Joe in! He’s extremely accommodating, great listener and my guests absolutely loved him! He even allowed few of nieces to duet with him. I’ve also asked him if he could do a special request for me, learning Tangled - I see the light instrumental version finger style/finger picking. It’s not his usual style but he did an amazing this was the song I chose for walking down aisle. My husband is not a crier but he ended up tearing from the playing Thanks Joe!! :)
