How far in advance should I contact you?
My diary tends to fill up quickly, so I recommend getting in touch as soon as you know you'd like to book me. The earlier the better - it gives us the best chance to secure your preferred date!

What is the length of time of the act?
Depending on what part of the day you've booked, packages vary from 1hr, to 2 x 45 min sets, to longer!
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
I usually need 10 minutes to get set up and then an additional 10 mins for a soundcheck, but I will arrive earlier to ensure that's done in advance of guests arriving!
Do you do open-air acts?

Do you charge per hour or per event?

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

How do you charge extra time?
If extra time is needed, a standard late fee will apply based on the length of the extension
What are the forms of payment?
Payment is via bank transfer. A 25% deposit secures your date, with the remaining 75% due one week before the wedding

Perfect in every way!!!
Having attended Kempton wedding fayre we were instantly drawn to the pure, beautiful tones of charlottes voice. On then speaking with her we knew there was no one else we wanted to sing sing at our wedding.
Charlotte sang sets for our welcome drinks and midway through our wedding breakfast and then stayed for our first dance. She listened to what vibe we wanted for each set and then managed to turn an upbeat song into the most stunning first dance ever!!! (Literally prefer her version to the actual song)!!!
Charlottes timings, interactions with our guests, professionalism and beautiful aura made her our favourite part of our reception! The comments from our guests re how amazing she was were endless!
Our wedding was all about love and families and we chose to have a lot of children- the kids quite simply adored her and she totally went with it and engaged with them all- she even gave up her ‘rest’ time to allow the children to sing using her microphone which, gave them and our guests the most beautiful, precious memories!
I could go on forever but I will end by saying this; If you hire Charlotte you will not be disappointed at all! She is quite simply amazing and beautiful all round! She deserves every bit of this recognition x
