Aardvark Discos is a professional DJ business based in Nottinghamshire that specialises in packing dance floors for weddings, with years of experience in the wedding industry and a love of working with newlyweds. A vast library of music that covers over 100 years of hit songs that will appeal to guests of all ages and get bums off their seats.

We have two packages: the "classic white" and the "rustic". Both are available in different size options.

The journey to DJing began for us with a passion for music. We would love to share this passion with you as we create a personalised musical journey for your special day.

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

We enjoy adding "new to us" music to our collection. We started to DJ due to our love of music. So, requests outside of our familiar songs/tracks are always welcome

What's your experience?

Our first foray into the DJ world was in the 1980s. And through the proceeding decades, we have updated our equipment, our songs and our knowledge

Do you have your own equipment?

Yes

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, our travelling costs will be assessed and included in your quote

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

What is the length of time of the act?

Most bookings are approximately five hours. But any other times can be arranged and quoted for

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

Our set up time is approximately one hour

Do you do open-air acts?

No

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

Extra time would be calculated for each situation

What are the forms of payment?

Bank transfer. A booking fee secures the date. Then complete payment of the balance can be made in instalments or whole. This must be no later than twenty-eight days before the event

Great DJ highly recommend

We just want to thank Leon for DJing at our wedding on the 27th June at Newstead Abbey. Great from the start, easy to get along with, booking process was easy and was always there if you had any questions.

Absolutely first class!

We booked aardvark discos for our wedding and it was the best decision! Leon was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and responsive whilst we were organising and took the time to meet with us before the event to discuss our wedding and also just to meet up and talk about music!
He was brilliant at the wedding and so many of our guests commented on how great he was!
I would thoroughly recommend Aardvark discos and Leon himself to anyone looking to book!
