Their organization was impeccable. Their online booking system saved us from back-and-forth scheduling emails, and they promptly provided a detailed quote with everything we needed to know including the number of bartenders and hours etc.

We reached out to Near and Far Mobile Bar just one month before our October wedding after an unexpected mishap with another vendor. (Dont be like us- book way ahead!) Despite the short timeline, the team made everything come together quickly providing us with spirit and cocktail options right away. Their calm, organized, and thoughtful approach immediately put us at ease during our first call. They even scheduled a site visit shortly after.

We love that this family-owned business is passionate about what they do. On our wedding day, their team executed everything perfectly. Guests were greeted with prosecco upon arrival, and signature cocktails were ready to go right after the ceremony - and delicious! No one had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a drink.

So many of our guests also had the time to speak to the team and loved their story of how they got their business started and sharing english cultural tidbits (for our American- British wedding). We heard from so many guests afterwards how much they loved the bar staff.

When planning a wedding, we believe it’s important to have vendors you connect with, and Lissie and Matt were so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. We were so glad to see them on our wedding day and celebrate with them! 🫶🏼

We booked Near and Far for our wedding - after being let down by another supplier, N&F were recommended to us. From the moment we had our initial conversation over the phone I knew we could trust them with our day and they did not disappoint. Everything was seamless. Throughout the planning process Lissie helped keep me calm when I was stressing about various things, little details were thought of and organised without a problem. Given that we got married in a field and everything had to be hired in, we were expecting some hiccups. However on the day, everything worked like clockwork and went exactly as planned. Cannot recommend Near and Far enough!

We hired Near & Far's mobile horse box for a cocktail bar at our wedding. Matt and Lissie were so helpful when it came to booking and answering any questions I threw at them! Our guests absolutely loved the horsebox and we had so many amazing comments about the quality of the drinks and how friendly the staff were. We had to cancel our dream wedding with covid and we rebooked something last minute. With 10 weeks to spare I didn’t expect I’d be able to have everything I wanted but lissie was fabulous from start to finish. She replied straight away, she created a bespoke drink option menu for us, the staff were all super friendly and my guest still talk about how good the bar was at the wedding.

Near and Far mobile bar joined us for our engagement party. We cannot praise them enough. They arrived promptly and set up the bar before our guests started arriving. The bar was nicely decorated, all the prices were on show for guests, including special cocktails that were designed for us. We were able to pick all the drinks we wanted to be served on the night, including a Scottish cider (Thistle), that usually isn’t available in England. The cocktails tasted lovely and all the staff were friendly and fast. When we need bar services for another event, we will definitely be hiring them again.

Near and Far are absolutely incredible and I could not recommend them enough. They provided the cocktail bar for my surprise hen do, and every detail, down to personalised cocktails and mocktails was just gorgeous and really took my breath away. They also work directly with some other incredibly talented suppliers so they can come with the whole package.

They are the loveliest team and they made a night to remember. I cannot wait to get another event booked with these guys.
