I highly highly recommend Near and Far Mobile Bar and am so incredibly thankful for them! From start to finish, their organization, professionalism, and attention to detail made our Somerley House Oct ‘24 wedding perfect.🙌
Their organization was impeccable. Their online booking system saved us from back-and-forth scheduling emails, and they promptly provided a detailed quote with everything we needed to know including the number of bartenders and hours etc.
We reached out to Near and Far Mobile Bar just one month before our October wedding after an unexpected mishap with another vendor. (Dont be like us- book way ahead!) Despite the short timeline, the team made everything come together quickly providing us with spirit and cocktail options right away. Their calm, organized, and thoughtful approach immediately put us at ease during our first call. They even scheduled a site visit shortly after.
We love that this family-owned business is passionate about what they do. On our wedding day, their team executed everything perfectly. Guests were greeted with prosecco upon arrival, and signature cocktails were ready to go right after the ceremony - and delicious! No one had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a drink.
So many of our guests also had the time to speak to the team and loved their story of how they got their business started and sharing english cultural tidbits (for our American- British wedding). We heard from so many guests afterwards how much they loved the bar staff.
When planning a wedding, we believe it’s important to have vendors you connect with, and Lissie and Matt were so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. We were so glad to see them on our wedding day and celebrate with them! 🫶🏼
If you’re considering Near and Far Mobile Bar, do it. They are amazing and truly the best of the best!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A big thank you to Lissie and Matt for the wonderful drinks, bar and service they provided at our wedding, from reception through to wedding breakfast and evening drinks. My only sadness is that I didn't manage to drink more on the day! (although perhaps for the best).
We loved your formation story and the way you tackled typical issues couples encounter during their wedding when it comes to drinks. Thank you for your flexibility, the bespoke cocktails, and for giving us the extra long bar! -

When I say Near & Far are incredible, I truly mean that with all my heart. I first worked with Matt in early 2025 & was blown away, not only by how seamlessly the company was run but also by how warm & welcoming every single member of the team was. I then worked with Lissie at another wedding & since then we’ve become friends, which speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.
What Lissie & Matt have built together is something really special. I’ve loved every moment of working alongside their team, there honestly isn’t a single person I could fault. They’re professional, friendly & so much fun to work with. I genuinely feel lucky whenever I get the chance to be part of an event with them.
You might think they’re “just a bar company,” but they are so much more. They look amazing, the energy they bring to a wedding is electric & they always go above and beyond. The attention to detail, from the bar setup, to the drinks, to the little finishing touches is never missed.
It’s always such a credit & a joy to work alongside Lissie, Matt & their incredible team.

We used Near and Far for our September 2024 wedding. We were after a horsebox bar for our dry hire wedding venue and they offered the PERFECT service for our special day. Not only was the set up beautiful and well equipped but the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, going above and beyond from the moment we booked to the day itself. There was a lot of stress involved in organising our day because we had to sort all the suppliers ourselves but Near and Far made things as straight forward as possible, being flexible, informative, understanding and reassuring and we couldn't have been happier because they really did deliver! Thanks so much for keeping the drinks flowing and the vibes going on our special day. We are so grateful and would 100% use your services again! -

Near and Far Mobile Bar were a joy to have at our wedding.
They catered for all our needs throughout the weekend and their Vera Lyn horsebox carriage really looked incredible against the backdrop of our venue.
I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a personal service with a rustic bar that really does stand out from the crowd! -

Exceeded our Expectations!
The team at Near and Far Mobile Bar were an absolute dream to work with. We needed a very special and personal service for our wedding and nothing was too much trouble. The onsite team looked after all of the guests perfectly and the bespoke touches of personalised cocktails only added to the occasion. They remained professional, yet fun throughout the entire day, exceeding all our expectations and helping to make our day one we will always cherish. We couldn't have asked for a better bar or team of people that came with it!
We hired Near & Far's mobile horse box for a cocktail bar at our wedding. Matt and Lissie were so helpful when it came to booking and answering any questions I threw at them! Our guests absolutely loved the horsebox and we had so many amazing comments about the quality of the drinks and how friendly the staff were. We can't thank them enough and can't wait to use them again in the future :) -
