Bar Spot is a mobile bar company offering a range of beverages for weddings and other milestone occasions across the Midlands, Cambridgeshire, the West Midlands, and beyond. Our bars come in a converted 1970s vintage caravan that has been transformed into a sleek full-service bar, and our stylish white and light oak build-up bars are perfect for indoors and marquees.

We aim to provide service that goes above and beyond from the service from our bar staff to booking and planning for your special day! We will do our best to make sure you can enjoy your wedding or celebration knowing the bar and drink service is in safe hands!

Services Offered

Bar Spot features a selection of taps allowing us to offer everything from IPAs, lagers, stouts, and even prosecco on tap. This team can also supply a plethora of craft gins, rums, and much more, But we are mostly proud of our bespoke cocktail menus, specially made for your event. We often rotate our selection to help promote independent breweries, but we will always order specific brands if you are looking for something special.

Packages Offered

We provide a variety of wedding packages for you to choose from.

• Day Drinks Package: Welcome drinks, Table drinks, and Toasting
• Cash bar: Guests pay for their drinks (Minimum spend apply)
• Tab bar: Place an agreed amount behind the bar for guests to enjoy free drinks (Once spent, this can revert to a cash bar)
• Open bar: Pay a fixed amount per person per hour for a full selection of drinks, which is free to guests for the agreed time.
• Dry hire options

All our packages are completely customisable, so we are happy to work with you to find the right service within your budget or provide the bespoke service you might be after!
