When we needed some last minute bits swapping, Jonny ensured they were ordered straight away and ensured they arrived in time for our big day - even though we were getting married all the way up in Northumberland and needed them earlier than most! He kept us informed, squeezed us in for last minute appointments and just went above and beyond for us.
