Vine and Stem Floral Designs is a wedding florist based in Heighington Village, County Durham. Serving North East England and North Yorkshire, we specialise in creating beautiful floral arrangements for your special day.

Services Offered:

We provide a complimentary consultation to discuss your ideas and floral visions. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions about flowers and our service costs. We offer flowers for the bridal party, reception, and venue and are open to discussing any other ideas you might have. After the consultation, we will provide you with a quote.

If you decide to choose us as your wedding florist, we will provide ongoing support leading right up to and on your wedding day, so if changes need to be made, they can be. We will set up on the morning of your wedding and will communicate with your venue and other vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and doesn't cause extra stress.

We would love to chat through your wedding and the ideas you have for your flowers! Please drop us a message, and Sarah will be in touch to arrange a wedding consultation.

Last minute saviour

Absolutely fantastic florist. Sarah stepped in to provide flowers for our wedding just 2 months before the big day as our previously booked florist let us down. Ever since contacting Sarah, she was fantastic to deal with. She was super helpful and really guided us through the process, providing everything that we asked of her.

The flowers on the day were perfect, they were exactly what we asked of and lasted for such a long time after the wedding (as we were on honeymoon it was my mum that got to enjoy them the most).

Fantastic florist

We had our wedding on the 5th August 2023, and Sarah was absolutely fantastic. She met with us initially and discussed our requirements and gave us a few options. She was very easy to work with, good at communicating and personable. The flowers on the day were incredible, more impressive than I could have ever imagined, she worked with us, tailoring her flowers to our arch, matching our colour scheme perfectly. We really couldn'trecommend Vine and stem enough. Thank you so much!

Beautiful, colourful, quirky flowers

Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. I didn't really know much about flowers; I just knew my theme was jewel tones colours. Sarah sent mood boards and suggested different options, as well as meeting with me a couple of times. Everyone at the wedding commented on the flowers and how they made the venue. They were different, colourful and eye-catching.

Perfect addition to the day 💕

Sarah supplied our wedding flowers in May - bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets and different styled buttonholes/corsages.

I originally met Sarah at one of her floral workshops (which I highly recommend also), where it was clear that she had such a passion for flowers. Sarah was always so approachable and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process and helped both myself and husband feel at ease when trying to plan the types of flowers we wanted to feature.

We envisioned spring like vibes, and Sarah definitely delivered! We had so many compliments, and the flowers were enjoyed for a good while after the wedding too. The flowers are locally sourced, which we know Sarah is really passionate about.

Sarah, thank you so much for bringing our ideas to life and coming up with the most perfect creations - they will always be remembered fondly by us both ❤️

Sarah was amazing

Sarah was the best! We really appreciated that she asked for our budget and managed to get everything we wanted within that budget. Her work was amazing, I told her the colours I wanted and she got me the most beautiful bouquet. Everyone commented on my flowers and the pictures were truly amazing.

Would strongly recommend Vine and Stem to anyone!
