Based in Warwick, Griffiths & Co specialises in colourful, creative floral design that is uniquely tailored to every couple they work with. Wedding floral design services are available across Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds, with every design created to suit each couple’s vision, needs and budget.
Working on a strictly limited number of weddings each year allows Griffiths & Co to prioritise quality over quantity, ensuring every couple receives a truly personal and exceptional experience. This ethos also guides their design approach, with the belief that a wedding doesn’t need a large amount of flowers to make a lasting impression. Instead, Matilda works with couples to create memorable moments through impactful floral designs in carefully chosen spaces.
Matilda holds a special place in her heart for smaller weddings and elopements, believing that exquisite, deeply personal flowers should be available to every couple. Whether planning an intimate celebration or a breathtaking escape for two, couples with plans that are ‘small but beautifully formed’ can expect the same creativity, care and attention to detail.

Meet the team
As the Head Florist at Griffiths and Co, you can find me listening to the radio in my studio or at my desk planning wedding flowers, ordering blooms and arranging logisitics with a milky cup of tea!
I am obsessed with all things orange and I am a magpie for beautiful ribbon and antique glassware.
I studied English Literature and Art History at university, and this has definitely influenced my floral style. I’m always looking for artistic yet classic compositions, thinking carefully about colour combinations and searching for ways to tell stories within my work.
With every design that leaves my studio – from the smallest buttonhole to the biggest, most intricate venue installation – my goal is to find the personal within the petals. I’ll do my utmost to make your flowers feel unique and special to you; reflecting your own histories, interests and the spirit of the event you’re planning.
I can’t wait to hear your stories and get to know more about your celebration!
