Fika Florals is a floral design studio based in London. We design modern and garden-inspired arrangements for weddings throughout London, Surrey and across the South West.

Fika Florals was founded in 2019 by Chelsea Owen. Before beginning her foray into florals, Chelsea worked in the fashion industry. Now, she brings that glamorous experience to her floral designs, creating illustrious floral designs for your wedding day.

Services Offered

Fika Florals works with each client to create a personalised arrangement for their special day. Consultations are welcomed, allowing Chelsea to learn all about your desired style and aesthetic for the big day. Delivery and setup services are also available as an added convenience.

What is included in the wedding package?

At Fika Florals we do not offer a set package as each wedding is different and therefore personalise your wedding experience

How far in advance should I contact you?

We would advise you contact us between six to twelve months before the big day

Do you design personalised bridal bouquets?

Yes

Can you travel?

Yes, we cover London, Surrey, and across the UK. We are happy to travel for destination weddings

Is there a charge for traveling?

Yes, yes, our charges depend on staffing, distance and quantity of vans needed. Our minimum delivery, staging and collection charge is £250

What is the charge for national mailing?

We do not offer national mailing

Do you have an advice service?

Yes

Does the advice service have a surcharge?

No

Operating hours:

Monday - Friday 8am- 6pm

What are the forms of payment?

We always take BACS payment. A non refundable booking fee of 25% of the total cost of your wedding is required upon booking and the remaining balance is due four weeks before the big day

Brilliant florist

I cannot thank Chelsea enough for the incredible flowers she provided for our wedding! We had our first look book several months in advance and a catch up Zoom closer to the wedding. She made the planning process so easy. She gave us great advice on which flowers were in season. On the day of the wedding, Chelsea was a total professional. She arrived early to prepare the bud vases for our tables and registry, and the quality of the fresh flowers was brilliant. She even went the extra mile by sending me preservation tips after the wedding so I could keep the memory alive.
