My name is Jessica and I am the founder and owner of Darcey Floralscapes, a luxury floral design and event styling business, based in the North Lake District, Cumbria. I produce romantic, modern and artful flower designs and elevated venue styling for weddings and events.

WEDDING FLORAL DESIGN ~

I lovingly handcraft beautiful flowers into luscious bouquets and enchanting buttonholes, to whimsical and wild aisle meadows and bowls of divinely delicate flowers to large-scale statement urns with overflowing foliage and beautifully abundant archway installations.

Every couple is unique; therefore, I design, create and produce seasonally exquisite flowers, ensuring that your wedding floral designs are a true reflection of your love story.

A passion of mine is working with and sourcing blooms from Cumbria's local flower growers. The flower community is full of lovely people who are so passionate about their flowers and sustainability.

THE DARCEY FLORALSCAPES WEDDING EXPERIENCE ~

Starting our design process with an initial consultation where we talk through flowers and colour palettes, bouquet shapes, your interests and your wedding day vision. From here, I design your floral proposal design booklet, which includes visual mock-ups and hand-drawn sketches and watercolours of your designs.

Once you have confirmed your design, we will meet at your chosen venue for a walk-through of your day, and I will show you a 'mock-up' of your wedding flowers. This usually takes place between two to three months before your wedding day.

On the morning of your wedding day, I will be on-site at your venue, creating your installations and bringing your vision to life! The most wonderful moment is witnessing the excitement and joy once your bespoke bouquet is in your hands.

When I'm not flowering, I love hosting, long wooded dog walks and picnics with my husband and our black lab, Darcey. Walking the Lakeland fells, sunset seeking, and wild swimming are some of our favourite things!
