Meet the Team
Hi Im Clare, the founder of The Flower Farm. I fell in love with flowers at an early age, helping my grandad with his sweetpeas out in his garden.
I went on to study floristry when I left school, eventually gaining the highest qualification available at the time in the UK. I worked for several different florists, and as a floral design lecturer before deciding to start my own business in 2007. In 2011 we began to also grow many of the blooms we use in our wedding work today, making our flowers local, scented and a little bit different.
Im Alison, co-owner of The Flower Farm. I have always loved flowers, but it has taken a few career changes to find out that flowers are my true vocation.
I love to create large, exuberant designs, with lots of colour, texture and flowing plant materials. My speciality is the huge, cascading bridal bouquets that are so popular at the moment.
