Founded by Rich and Darci, Ginkgo Leaves is all about bringing people together in relaxed and beautifully styled spaces. From the handcrafted dry bar to the interactive pizza experience and cosy lounge areas, every setup is designed to encourage guests to slow down, connect and create lasting memories.

Rather than traditional catering, the Ginkgo Pizzeria is a fun, hands-on experience where guests can cook their own pizzas using a premium gas-fired pizza oven, with everything provided for an enjoyable and social occasion. It’s perfect for intimate gatherings, day-before celebrations or relaxed evening entertainment.

Every wedding is tailored to suit the couple’s vision, with a focus on natural styling, quality details and seamless delivery. Rich and Darci work closely with each client to create an atmosphere that feels effortless, personal and unforgettable.

What is included in the wedding package?

Every wedding is bespoke. Packages can include our handcrafted rustic bar, interactive pizza experience, premium sound system and lounge setups, with delivery, setup and pack down included

How far in advance should I contact you?

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your date, especially for summer weekends. However, if we're available, we're always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings too

What other services to you provide?

Other (Alongside weddings, we also create memorable experiences for birthdays, garden parties, holiday stays, corporate events and private celebrations, with bespoke packages tailored to every occasion)

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, travel is charged at 45p per mile from our base for return journeys. This helps cover fuel, vehicle costs and travel time

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, we simply need a suitable outdoor space with safe access for setup. Access to power may be required for some experiences, and we'll discuss any venue-specific requirements with you before the day

How long is the act?

Our experiences are completely flexible. Most bookings last between 3–6 hours, but we can tailor the setup and collection times to suit your wedding plans and celebration

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

Setup times vary depending on the experience you've chosen, but we typically require 1–3 hours to prepare everything and ensure it's ready for you and your guests to enjoy
