I rented the so-called "luxury" Dior chairs from Decor By Bels Events for my wedding, and it was an absolute nightmare. First, the chairs arrived in terrible condition, with many of them damaged. Despite this, the company had bring the chairs to the venue on the wedding day as agreed but then start calling me during the ceremony to demand payment of the remaining balance. They didn't even apologize for the condition of the chairs. Instead, they arrogantly referred to their terms and conditions, which state that the remaining balance is due on the day of the event with a reminder message sent closer to the time. I received no such reminder, just intrusive calls during one of the most important moments of my life.

To make matters worse, our wedding party was scheduled to finish at 2 am. However, they showed up at 1:40 am, disrupting the celebration and scaring our guests by demanding to collect the chairs. How unprofessional and disrespectful can a company be? I told them to wait, they returned exactly at 2 am and started asking our guests to stand so they could collect the chairs. Our restaurant staff suggested they come around 3 am when the venue would be cleaned, but they completely ignored this reasonable request.

If you want to avoid stress and unprofessional behavior on your special day, steer clear of Decor By Bels Events. They are a complete disaster!

We had our wedding done by them last year, they are nothing short of excellent, professional & very nice lady. The decor they offer for what they charge is way above the money we paid, they out did our wedding venue it was looking breathtaking, i will always use their services. Keep it up decor by bels your work is excellent.
