If I could give Jo more than five stars, I absolutely would.

I honestly don’t know where to begin with how incredible Jo was. We booked her with just four weeks to go before our wedding, and from our very first call she made us feel instantly calm, reassured, and completely at ease. In what could have been a stressful last-minute decision, Jo made the entire process feel effortless.

Her business is so perfectly named “Your Wedding Friend” because that is exactly what she became to us. Jo was thoughtful, kind, responsive, flexible, and genuinely went above and beyond in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was not only there to guide us through the ceremony itself, but also to chat through all the little details of the day, from the ceremony to the cake, dresses, and everything in between. She was such a calming, supportive presence during a really busy and emotional time.

Then on the day itself… wow. Jo delivered the most beautiful ceremony, and it was truly beyond anything we could have imagined. It was warm, personal, emotional, relaxed, and so perfectly us. She created such a special atmosphere, and so many of our guests commented afterwards on how moving, heartfelt, and beautifully conducted the ceremony was.

Jo was genuinely one of the standout parts of our wedding day, and we feel so lucky to have found her.

If you are looking for a celebrant, please don’t hesitate for a second. Jo is simply the best there is, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

We hired Jo as a Celebrant for our wedding but we got so much more than that. From getting to know us and our family, helping with vow writing, liaising with suppliers, making recommendations and checking in regularly, even walking our dog on the day itself - she will do anything to ease the stress and lighten the load.
