Hi, I’m Tara a people-focused professional with a rich and varied background in HR, business development, and wedding planning. Based in the heart of Wiltshire, I’ve spent over a decade helping businesses grow stronger from the inside out, while also bringing beautiful wedding days to life for couples across the county.

My journey began in Human Resources, where I discovered a passion for people — understanding how teams thrive, how culture is built, and how the right support can empower individuals and businesses alike. From there, I expanded into business development and strategic planning, working alongside leaders to drive growth, improve processes, and align teams with company goals.

Outside of the corporate space, I found a second passion: weddings. As a natural organiser with a creative eye and a calm approach, I’ve had the pleasure of planning and coordinating weddings throughout Wiltshire. Whether it’s a grand countryside celebration or an intimate gathering, I love helping couples turn their vision into a seamless, joyful day.
