We honestly cannot recommend her enough. From helping us write our vows and creating the most beautiful vow cards, to keeping everything calm, effortless and seamless on the day, she went so far above and beyond.

She steamed my dress, helped with photos, cheered us on throughout the day, kept everything running smoothly and even became a part-time babysitter when needed! Her attention to detail was incredible, right down to wearing colours that complemented our wedding theme.

As both our celebrant and MC, she brought so much warmth, energy and personality to the day. She even read my husband’s father’s speech on his behalf, which meant so much to us.

We cannot recommend Charlotte Wheeler-Smith highly enough. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she is far more than a celebrant. She is a gifted listener, a creative wordsmith, and someone who genuinely cares about telling each couple's unique story.

Our wedding ceremony was far from conventional. We chose to hold it in a care home where my father-in-law lives with dementia, as we didn't want to take him away from the comfort, familiarity, and security of his surroundings. From the outset, Charlotte embraced our vision wholeheartedly and worked tirelessly to create a ceremony that was personal, meaningful, and truly inclusive.

During our pre-wedding meetings, Charlotte asked thoughtful and thought-provoking questions that encouraged us to reflect on our relationship in ways we never had before. She listened carefully, took the time to understand us as a couple, and transformed our story into a heartfelt ceremony that felt completely authentic.

What impressed us most was her incredible attention to detail. Every element was carefully considered, and she found wonderful ways to involve not only our family and friends but also the residents of the care home, bringing everyone together and creating a genuine sense of community and celebration. Her warmth, creativity, and sensitivity ensured that every person present felt valued and included.

The ceremony itself was deeply emotional, heartfelt, and unforgettable. There wasn't a dry eye in the room, yet there was also laughter, joy, and a real sense of connection. Charlotte created something truly special that perfectly reflected who we are and the values that matter most to us.

From the minute we spoke with Charlotte, we knew she was the right person to marry us.
She went above and beyond for us, more than what we could ever have imagined. The energy she bought to our wedding was outstanding, all the messages and phone calls we had with her before the ceremony was uplifting and encouraging.
All the small things she was making sure of, from adjusting my veil or sorting my hair to the timings and making sure everyone was where they should be. All the little things that I didn’t even know that was needed she made sure of it all.
She is an absolute delight to have around and be apart of our wedding.
The way she told our love story was unreal and not only was she our celebrant but our master of ceremonies and was just around to make sure everything ran smoothly.

She helped relieve so much pressure by writing the most beautiful ceremony script, helping us with our vows, and even organising stunning stationery so we could keep our vows forever. Every detail felt so thoughtful and personal, and somehow she made everything feel calm, special and effortless despite the short notice.
