Jackie did such an amazing job with our wedding ceremony and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is interested in a non-religious, bespoke and personal ceremony.

Throughout the whole process from initial contact to aftercare, Jackie was friendly, approachable, professional and supportive. She took the time to find out what we were looking for and talk through all of the options we could have. We really wanted to have a hand tying ceremony and with Jackie’s help we were able to do this and more. Along with the hand tying ceremony we were able to add personal vows, a candle ceremony to celebrate our families as well as our marriage, a meaningful ring exchange, bespoke readings that reflected our geeky side and a chance to share our story with our guests. She helped us make the ceremony a really important feature of the day, making it really meaningful and memorable for us. Every guest we spoke to talked about how good Jackie was, along with how personal and moving the ceremony was. We also now have a beautiful keepsake copy of our ceremony, vows and readings that Jackie provided for us which will be such a lovely way for us to remember our day.

As currently celebrants are unable to perform legal weddings (something we hope changes in the not too distant future), Jackie was integral to helping us manage also having the legal ceremony conducted by registrars before she took over with our more personal ceremony. We wanted to have the legal and personal ceremony on the same day and while this wasn’t the easiest option to plan and manage - Jackie was really patient and supportive in helping us organise this, with her knowledge from her registrar days being invaluable to help us achieve this. It all worked seamlessly on the day thanks to Jackie’s help and support. Jackie also has lots of knowledge of other potentially easier options to manage the legal side as well - to help guide couples through this if having both on the same day isn’t the right option for them.

Asking Jackie to perform our ceremony was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She will be our first port of call for any other celebrations and ceremonies we may have in the future and we will be recommending her to anyone that asks.

Jackie was amazing from start to finish. The first time we met we simply chatted away until we had to leave the cafe we were at because they were closing! After that, Jackie has always been patient, enthusiastic, affectionate and encouraging. Step by step, she worked with us to create a ceremony that truly reflected our story, and how we imagined our wedding day: honest, personal, fun, and spontaneous. The two days before the wedding were so stressful, we had so many last-minute hiccups (from airport strikes to storm Babet) and we felt so knackered and deflated... But I will always remember how a video chat with Jackie made me feel better straight away, she is so reassuring and containing.
On the wedding day, she delivered our ceremony in a beautiful, moving, and hilarious way. We had many guests for whom English was a second language, but they were able to follow Jackie's words without problems, she enunciated each word clearly and did not need a microphone at all. So many people commented on her talent and her voice, saying they absolutely loved her. Someone actually thought that Jackie was a guest/friend and not a professional celebrant because she talked like she had known us for years. We are very happy with our choice and we would definitely recommend having her as a celebrant. Thank you, Jackie!

Jackie and Karen are two absolutely wonderful celebrants for wedding ceremonies! We met Jackie two years before our wedding day and she helped us create a personalised ceremony that really captured exactly why we wanted to get married - it balanced the traditional elements we wanted, with the more modern touches that felt important to us, and she couldn't have been more supportive in drafting our perfect ceremony. Karen was our celebrant for the day, and was such a wonderfully easy person to feel comfortable with, bringing the words to life and making the ceremony everything we wanted it to be. We got so many compliments on our personal and heartfelt ceremony, and cannot recommend 'I Do Your Ceremony' enough!

After rearranging due to covid, we decided to go down the route of a celebrant, and it was one of the best decisions we made
Right from the start Jackie was incredible, she helped us think through what was important in our ceremony, answered all our questions and helped through the actually writing process.
After leaving everything until last minute, she was even there to calm me down and get me back on track with writing our ceremony.
Jackie has such a naturally friendly nature, that seeing her face at the end of the aisle kept us both calm, as a familiar face instead of a registrar that we had never met.

Jackie was truly wonderful as our celebrant for our wedding day. As soon as we had our first chat with Jackie we knew she was the right celebrant for us. She was just so welcoming, friendly and we felt she really could deliver a ceremony which was meaningful and reflecting who we are.
