Adam and his team catered for the evening before our wedding and we cannot recommend the Aussie Smoker highly enough.

We did not have access to a kitchen so the food was brought in hot boxes and served without a hitch. Adam catered for both meat eaters and veggies, and the choices were excellent. Big shout out to the legendary pulled pork which was delicious.

Adam is an excellent host and really brought the vibes.

We are big BBQ lovers so when we found The Aussie Smoker we were super excited! We wanted our food service to be professional but relaxed and Adam and his team were everything and more. From the grazing table in place of traditional canapes and our more relaxed dinner serving style it was all just so perfect. The food that The Aussie smoker offers is incredible and tastes even better! Adam and his team offer a variety of options when choosing your perfect menu and from the beginning of the process him and his team were super helpful with it all; answering any questions we had day or night.
