We are a Swedish Food Company based in North Yorkshire and we have catered events all over the country.

We specialise in more intimate/ relaxed events up to around 150 guests

All our food is made by us from scratch (cure our own salmon etc) and is often of a buffet style. Regularly with canapes.

We make the menu with you regarding to budget and wants. We have also BBq'd during evens.

If you want something fresh, different and impressive we are the people for you.

We take all our events very seriously and we treat it like an honour to cater yours.

If the food is not on point, that is what will be remembered.

Canapes

Vasterbotten Cheese pie

Cheese pies with a shortcrust pastry made with wholegrain mustard and vodka filled with Västerbotten cheese, cream and egg

Nubbe Salad

Dill pickled Herring, baby potatoes egg, spring onion.

Skagen Roll Canapes

North Atlantic Prawns, dill, spring onion, lemon, mayo. topped with caviar, in a mini Brioche bun.

Buffet

Gin Cured Salmon ( my own cure) with a Horseradish and Prawn Cream.

Swedish meatballs - Pork and beef, caramelised onion, sourdough breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, white pepper

Beetroot Salad - Cooked baby potatoes, pickled gherkins, spring onion, grated apple, cooked beetroot, fresh dill, creme fraiche, mayo, salt and pepper

Mixed leaf Salad with Herbs and a Swedish Creme fraiche dressing.

Jansons - Very traditional dish Matchstick potatoes, caramelised onions, anchovies, and cream. (to be eaten warm)

Kladd Kaka Sticky chocolate cake. Rich, indulgent a Swedish Classic.

Princess CakeVanilla Sponge, Raspberry jam, Vanilla cream, cream, marzipan. Best cake in the world 🙂

Choklad bollar, Butter, Oats, cocoa powder, sugar, espresso rolled in coconut.
