We use locally sourced, grass-fed Sussex beef from Tottingworth Farm to create mouthwatering smash burgers — cooked with precision to enhance their flavour through the Maillard reaction. Ideal for festival-style weddings or evening receptions.

Mexican Wedding Food – Tacos & Burritos

Looking for something vibrant and flavourful? Our Mexican street food menu is perfect for sharing and celebration. We hand-press tortillas using authentic blue and white masa harina flour, and slow-cook our meats for over 8 hours to deliver rich, savoury fillings. Served from our stylish Horsekick food truck, our tacos and burritos bring a fiesta feel to your wedding.

Curated by Natali, our grazing tables and canapés are a true visual and culinary feast.
