At Leonati Catering, we specialise in unforgettable wedding catering experiences, bringing flavour, style, and professionalism to your special day. Though we launched in March 2020 — a challenging time for any new business — we quickly adapted by offering home delivery services. Since then, our passion for exceptional food has driven us to grow into a multi-faceted catering company with a fleet of beautifully restored vintage vehicles, each offering something unique for your wedding celebration.
Today, we provide a full suite of gourmet food services under the **Leonati Catering** banner, including wood-fired pizza, BBQ and burgers, Mexican street food, artisan coffee, canapés, and grazing tables — all made using the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Our signature 13-inch pizzas are handmade with love and cooked at high heat to produce a light, airy crust with beautiful leopard spotting. For couples who love a bold BBQ experience, our converted 1985 VW Horsekick truck is fitted with charcoal grills, griddles, and fryers to deliver rich, smoky flavours. We use locally sourced, grass-fed Sussex beef from Tottingworth Farm to create mouthwatering smash burgers — cooked with precision to enhance their flavour through the Maillard reaction. Ideal for festival-style weddings or evening receptions.
Mexican Wedding Food – Tacos & Burritos
Looking for something vibrant and flavourful? Our Mexican street food menu is perfect for sharing and celebration. We hand-press tortillas using authentic blue and white masa harina flour, and slow-cook our meats for over 8 hours to deliver rich, savoury fillings. Served from our stylish Horsekick food truck, our tacos and burritos bring a fiesta feel to your wedding.
Canapés & Grazing Tables – Stylish Wedding Starters
Curated by Natali, our grazing tables and canapés are a true visual and culinary feast. We combine premium charcuterie, artisan breads, seasonal fruits, and local Sussex cheeses to create elegant displays that wow guests. Wedding Coffee Cab – Perfectly Brewed, Barista-Style
Treat your guests to top-quality coffee from our bright red London taxi coffee cart or stylish indoor setup. We serve a smooth Brazilian-Rwandan blend roasted locally in Horsham, paired with a tempting selection of doughnuts, cakes, and cookies. Our trained baristas ensure every flat white, cappuccino or espresso is crafted to perfection.

Meet the team
I’m Leo Ferenc, founder of Leonati Catering,Coco Photo Booths, and UV Camera Hire — three businesses built around creativity, experience, and delivering unforgettable moments.
Before launching any of these ventures, I spent 17 years working as a professional photographer on cruise ships, travelling to 143 countries and capturing stories from all over the world. During that time, I even took up residency in the Fiji Islands, where I immersed myself in island life and deepened my appreciation for food, culture, and connection.
In 2006, I worked as the documentary cameraman on Channel 4’s Live from Abbey Road, filming legendary artists inside the iconic London studio. A few years later, in 2012, I developed my first UV camera system for a sun safety campaign with Nivea. What started as a one-off project has since grown into a nationwide initiative — used in schools, museums, and corporate safety days to raise awareness about skin protection.
Back in Sussex, I launched Leonati Catering and Coco Photo Booths, combining my creative background with a passion for hospitality. Whether it’s serving up wood-fired pizzas and gourmet burgers from beautifully restored vintage trucks, or building immersive photo booths that put guests on magazine covers or into AI-generated dream scenes — my goal is always to create experiences that are bold, joyful, and unforgettable.
Today, I lead an incredible team delivering bespoke activations and catering for everything from intimate weddings to large-scale events for global brands like Microsoft, Auto Express, and Hawaiian Tropic.
