We booked Indimax Caterers for our wedding at Hall Farm Weddings on 29th August 2026 and honestly could not have been happier with them.

We booked them early in 2025, and from the very beginning through to the wedding day itself, Nafi and the team were brilliant to work with. Communication was clear throughout, and they were always accommodating with changes, additions and ideas as the plans developed.

One of the biggest things for us was that we wanted all the food on the day to be gluten-free, and they completely delivered on this. The whole menu was gluten-free, but you would never have known from the quality, flavour and variety of the food. It made the day feel so much easier and more inclusive for our guests.

They really listened to what we wanted and helped us create a menu that felt personal to us, including fusion canapé ideas such as mini uttapam/blini-style bites with tandoori prawns and vegetarian toppings.
The food on the day was absolutely full of flavour and went down so well with our guests. We had a family-style feast and it was a huge hit. Guests loved the experience of sharing dishes at the table, and the bowls were continuously topped up throughout service. We catered for over 100 people, and even with slightly fewer day guests on the day, the team still served generously and made sure there was plenty of food for everyone. There was definitely not a hungry person at the wedding.

The dessert was also a real highlight. We had cheesecake paired with gajar ka halwa, and so many guests raved about it afterwards. It was exactly the kind of fusion dessert we were hoping for and felt really personal to our day.
They also handled the practical side of the day really well. Ours was a marquee/dry-hire style wedding and, despite weather changes outside everyone’s control and minor equipment troubleshooting, the team adapted calmly and professionally.

They liaised with the venue owner and other suppliers, which helped everything run smoothly.The staff were lovely, friendly, enthusiastic and professionally presented. We also had guests with dietary requirements, and from the feedback we received, they felt well looked after too.

A huge thank you to Nafi and the Indimax team for helping deliver such a memorable wedding meal. We would happily recommend them and are very glad we chose them for our day.

We recently hired Indimax Caterers for our corporate event, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, organised, punctual, and very attentive throughout the event.

The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all our guests, with great variety and excellent flavour. Everything was delivered exactly as planned, which allowed the event to run smoothly and stress-free.

We hired Indimax Catering for our wedding and, unfortunately, the service on the day was completely unacceptable and caused significant distress.
Firstly, meat was served to vegetarian guests, including the bride. This is a serious failure in any catering setting, but especially at a wedding where dietary requirements had been clearly communicated and agreed in advance.
Secondly, there were clear concerns around food safety and labelling. Dishes were not properly labelled, and staff were unable to confirm ingredients when asked. This is not only unprofessional but potentially dangerous, particularly for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies.
The appearance of the catering staff was wholly inappropriate for a wedding. Staff arrived wearing ripped jeans and football tops, which fell far below the standard one would reasonably expect for a formal wedding catering service. We had expected professional attire such as shirts and ties.
Most shockingly, an entire meal that we had agreed and paid for was missing from the menu. As a result, there was one vegetarian option available which was just plain cauliflower on the night. This was never proactively communicated to us; it was only discovered when the bride noticed towards the end of the event and raised it herself.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, organisation, communication, and basic standards made what should have been a joyful day far more stressful than it ever should have been. We would strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking Indimax Catering for an important event as they are not reliable or financially stable as a business as the owner admitted the financial struggles to us on the night. When asked for compensation we were simply told the money had already been spend within 2 hours of paying the final balance.

Nafish is the face of Indimax Catering and he helped us deliver a delicious Indian buffet dinner for our wedding reception. As half of our family is Indian, the standards were high and everything agreed the food was delicious. Nafish was also very willing to adapt to our specific needs in terms of set-up and timing. The set-up and tear-down was seamless and we did not have to stress about anything the entire evening.

Nafi and team were great on the day. Food was so fantastic, all our guests were very impressed. Would use again!
