Have you heard of Red Dog Saloon? We are an authentic Texas BBQ group of restaurants in multiple sites across the UK. We are an independent, family-run business and have been selling American BBQ for the past 15 years. We are now very excited to be launching an off-site catering business, bringing those American, smoky flavours to weddings across the UK.
We specialise in Texas-style BBQ, which is big cuts of meat smoked low and slow. Some of our signature dishes include USDA brisket, smoked pork shoulders, St Louis cut ribs, alongside family favourites such as Mac 'n cheese, hickory-smoked baked beans, creamed corn, coleslaw, and house-made pickles and sauces. We traditionally serve our food family style, but can also offer buffet and finger food. We offer bespoke menus and packages. We can cater your event from start to finish. We have smokers on trailers which we can bring to your wedding and smoke all the meats on site - a real show-stopper!
