We honestly couldn’t recommend Cook & Buttle highly enough. From the very beginning, Jasmine made us feel like nothing was ever too much trouble. We had lots of changing ideas and requirements throughout the planning process, and she was always incredibly flexible, accommodating and reassuring. It genuinely felt like a completely bespoke service rather than an off the shelf wedding package.

Our wedding involved catering across two separate venues (a church and a marquee at a different location) which is not a small logistical task! Combined with some very challenging British weather, there was every opportunity for things to become stressful, but Cook & Buttle handled everything seamlessly. You would never have known that there were any challenges behind the scenes, and the whole day flowed effortlessly.

The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and exactly what we hoped for. We had several guests comment on how fantastic it was, but what impressed us most was how well every dietary requirement and allergy was catered for. In particular, our vegan guests said it was some of the best vegan food they’d ever been served at a wedding, which was wonderful to hear.

One of the best decisions we made was upgrading to Cook & Buttle’s bar staff. We were originally quite keen on a self serve drinks setup because we didn’t want guests spending the evening queueing at the bar. Jasmine completely understood our brief and reassured us that they could deliver the fast, relaxed service we were after. She was absolutely right. The bar was incredibly efficient all evening, there were never any queues, and the staff were so warm, friendly and engaging. They became a real hit with our guests and created exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for. Looking back, we are so glad we chose to have them, they were worth every penny and made such a positive difference to the evening.
