Wedding at Sandhole Oak Barn
Top table coordinated and catered for our wedding day at Sandhole Oak Barn in March 2024.
The food was exceptional, all our guests said the food was amazing! Nothing was too much to ask in terms of adapting menus.
The team on the day were helpful and a fabulous part of our day! Particularly Yioda, who from our initial zoom meeting made us feel that everything was under control and well managed!
Thank you so much top table, we couldn't recommend you highly enough!

Amazing food
We got married almost two weeks ago and had Top Table as our caterers. The food was simply amazing, from the canapés to the wedding breakfast to the evening food. There's such a wide rang of choice and everything that we ate in the day was delicious. We did spend a good chunk of our budget on food but we would do it all over again.

Fantastic supplier!
Top Table really did help make our day perfect. From the venue decor to the food and communication it was all wonderful. We were so grateful to them for making the day go smoothly and couldn't have asked for it to be any better. We would 100% recommend them!

Delicious Food
We met Top Table at The Oak Tree of Peover's Wedding Fayre and as soon as we were talking to them we got a lovely feel for the type of caterers they would be on our wedding day. They weren't pushy and trying to sell themselves, they just talked to us about our relationship and walked us through what type of food they can offer and how it would all work.
The communication from that day to the wedding day had all been really easy and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting session and were very impressed with the food on offer!
The form we had to fill in when we were confirming all the courses and timings was very detailed and being an organised person I found it very helpful to see they were confirming all the fine details meaning no stress for us on the big day.
The food on the wedding day was absolutely amazing and our guests never went hungry! We had canapes, a brie tart (starter) and chicken wrapped in parma ham/sundried tomato gnocchi (mains).
Top Table also did our evening food and we had decided to choose the BBQ option. This was such a good idea as after drinking and dancing everyone really enjoyed tucking into the burgers and hotdogs!
Thank you very much Top Table for making the food a wonderful part of our day!

Fantastic food
From start to finish top table catered for our every need, this included our vegan, gluten free and allergy requests. The food absolutely delicious, many guests commented on how amazing it was and the professionalism was outstanding.

Best caterers, with amazing staff and incredible food!
Top Table were our chosen caterers for our big day in April 2023 at the Oak Tree of Peover. The BEST decision we ever made, honestly! From the minute we contacted them, the service was incredible. From the free tasting session (where the food was so good that we booked them the same day), all the way up to the wedding, where they acted as our wedding coordinators. The food was out of this world, honestly the guests are still talking about it now. The service from the wait staff on the day was unmatched - so quick, efficient and friendly. Hannah, who was our wedding coordinator on the day, was absolutely brilliant! Constantly checking up and making sure we were okay and happy and things ran like clockwork! There was honestly nothing to worry or stress about, it was just PERFECT. Thank you all at Top Table who helped make this the best day of our lives!

Amazing food, lovely staff
Top Table were our wedding caterer and they were absolutely brilliant throughout - from our initial food tasting to the big day itself, they were so helpful, friendly and easy to work with! Big shout out to Jane, our wedding coordinator, in particular who made sure everything ran smoothly during our wedding so we could just relax and focus on having a great time! We also loved all of our food - canapés, wedding breakfast and evening pizza - and we've had several guests tell us after that it was the best wedding food they've ever had! We're beyond thrilled with how the day went and Top Table played such a big part in making it so special and stress-free.

Amazing from start to finish
We got married last weekend at Sandhole Oak Barn and Top Table were fantastic from start to finish. Hannah was our wedding coordinator and she made sure we had everything we wanted and the day ran smoothly. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing
Craig and myself had the most magical and stress-free day on Sunday 2nd October - all thanks to Jake, Julie and all of your staff behind the scenes.
The decoration was just amazing, better than we could have ever imagined- everything literally just perfect
All guests commented on the amazing service of food, the gorgeous tasting food and all lovely staff when nothing was too much trouble
We honestly cannot thank you all enough and hope you all had a lovely day too joining/watching us in celebrating all the love for everything and everyone on the day
We could not have picked a better company with such gorgeous staff to help us in our special day - please know you really are all appreciated from booking the wedding until check out yesterday morning

The Top Table team provided on the day was just exceptional.
Our wedding day was one of the best days either of us has ever experienced, which is largely due to all of you. From the moment that we booked Top Table to cater for us, the service you have provided has been invaluable. Nothing has been too much to ask and in the lead-up to the wedding, you just made everything possible.
The food looked incredible and more importantly was delicious, and the service that the Top Table team provided on the day was just exceptional. So many of our guests have commented to say this. Thank you so, so much for everything you did and for just being so flexible and professional and for making our day unforgettable.

Overall very good
We had our wedding reception following getting married last year at Sandhole Oak Barn on 4th May 2022. With covid, we had already had a lot of discussions with top table prior to our first wedding date so most things were sorted in the run up to the wedding. Kelly Bowman was our wedding co-ordinator on the day and we were so lucky to have her. We had so many compliments on how smoothly the day ran and that was all down to her. We also had a meeting with her prior to the wedding and we knew we were in good hands. However, after Kelly left in the evening, things were a little less organised. I had to go find a waiter to give me some evening food and we were not informed that the cake was there ready for our guests. Before Kelly left, she advised me everything would be in the back for us to collect the next morning. However, I had to ask for specific things which had not been left in the back and a lot of our stuff was still spread out around the barn. This did not really affect how well the day went but just something to note if you use Top Table at Sandhole. We would recommend them overall and give our great thanks to Kelly for such a lovely day (including getting myself and my huge dress in and out of an ice cream van!!). Thanks a lot!

Wonderful from start to finish
Top table made our day run smoothly from our initial booking, until the end of our wedding day itself. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were able to relax and enjoy the day. The food was fantastic and all of our guests commented on how much they loved it as well. They also covered setting up the venue (decorations, lighting, linen etc)

Simply amazing
Top Table were incredible. They couldn’t have done more for us before the wedding, always on hand to answer queries quickly and were willing to do anything we wanted to ensure our day was what we wanted. The food was sensational. The first comment all of our guests had was about how amazing the food was. But they were so much more than caterers. Lucy and Amy were the reason our day went so smoothly. They set up everything to perfection, transforming the rooms into exactly what I had imagined. There was never a point in the day where we had to worry about what was next etc as they co ordinated the day flawlessly. We can’t thank them enough.
