Our premium package features a SIT-DOWN Viking platter with a wide variety of options, allowing guests to enjoy a little bit of everything. It’s a fantastic way to savour the authentic flavours of BBQ food.

Unlike a typical formal meal, where guests sit wishing for more, this dining experience ensures they will leave feeling satisfied and full.

To start, we offer either three types of fine dining canapés upon arrival or one seated starter:

- Pulled pork with cheddar and cucumber in vol-au-vent pastry

- Cucumber base with hummus, paprika, tomato, and gherkin

- Veg samosas with cream cheese and a hint of lemon

- Smoked salmon/mackerel pâté on a crispy base topped with peppers

- Crème fraîche with smoked salmon and dill served on French pancakes

For the mains, guests can choose two meats from the following options:

- BBQ Beef Brisket: One of the tastiest and most beloved dishes, known for its flavor and tenderness.
