Leicester Wedding Cars has been providing our chauffeur driven cars since 1999 for all weddings, civil partnerships, same sex weddings, school proms or other special occasions here in the East Midlands.
We have the latest Jaguar XJ saloon in sapphire blue with a cream soft grain leather interior, or our VW Beetle convertible in cream, also with cream leather interior and our People Carrier which has leather seats and can carry 6 passengers. Whilst we are based in Leicestershire, we cover Rutland, Warwickshire and all of the East Midlands areas.
If required, we can and do travel further afield.
Our cars will be supplied with a uniformed chauffeur, decorative ribbons & bow from a large selection of different colours and the happy couple will be given a champagne drive after the ceremony to celebrate the occasion. Please contact us and giving your date, the collection area, the ceremony and reception locations. Postcodes for each location would be very helpful. We can then check our availability and give prices based on your exact requirements.
You can never be too early, only ever too late to book the cars you really wanted...... we only book our cars for ONE wedding on any day. This ensures that you you will receive our full and undivided attention throughout our time with you.

How much does it cost to hire your services?
It will depend on time and distance between locations and where you are. We have different prices for weekdays & weekends. Once we have your itinerary and plans, we can give confirmed prices for our cars and services. We will require the date, the collection area, the ceremony and reception locations. Postcodes would be very helpful. We can then check availability and give the correct prices as we cover all the East Midlands areas.

What is included in the wedding package?
A chauffeur driven car, decorative ribbons & bow from a large selection of different colours. We will be giving the happy couple a champagne drive to celebrate after the ceremony.
How far in advance should I contact you?
As early as possible please when you have that date sorted. Once we have a car booked for a wedding it will not be offered to others for the same date. A £100.00deposit secures the car hire. Any balance is not required until 21 days before the event.
Is there a minimum rental time?
NO time limit for the hire of our cars and services. A Civil ceremony may take slightly less in time than a Church service but we will remain with you throughout the day until the car is no longer required.
Is there a maximum rental time?
No. We will be with you for as long as it takes on the day. You can be assured that we will never be rushing off to another wedding on the same day with the same car.
Are your cars chauffeur driven?
YES, all our cars are chauffeur driven and all your needs on the day will be taken care of by our experienced chauffeurs. We have been involved in hundreds of weddings & events over the last 22 years. So we do understand the importance of your day.
Do you offer any additional services?
Yes we do. Our cars and services can be booked for weddings, civil partnerships, same sex weddings, anniversaries, school proms, birthdays or any other special occasions in the East Midlands areas.
Do you charge per hour or per event?
We charge per event. We will require from you the date, the collection area, the ceremony and reception locations please. Postcodes would be very helpful as we cover all the Midlands areas. Once we know what you require and where, we will confirm availability and give a confirmed price for our cars and services. A £100.00 deposit is required to secure the car hire within 7 days of the order. Any balance not being required until 21 days before the event.
What are the forms of payment?
We can accept, CASH, CHEQUE, BANK TRANSFER, POSTAL ORDERS. Sorry,NO card machine

All our cars are owned by us and they include the latest modern executive Jaguar XJ saloon in sapphire blue with cream leather interior, a VW Beetle convertible in cream, also with cream leather interior and a People Carrier with leather seats and can carry 6 passengers for multiple bridesmaids or guest transport.
How long have you been operating?
We started in 1999 providing our cars and services for all special occasions. It has always been our pleasure over the all the years when asked to be a part of someones special day.
Can we see the cars before making up our minds?
Yes, you are most welcome to visit us here at Leicester Forest East, LE3 3QZ to view and inspect the cars before making any decisions. During COVID-19, when travel is allowed we can allow you into the garage with social distancing to sit in them and try them for size and make sure they are suitable for what you want. All this without any obligation. We can also offer any help or advice with your transport plans should you need it. Viewing is by appointment only please. Just call to arrange a date & time. Professional service + great car made a magical day
What a special experience! Clive is such a lovely person to work with, nothing was too much trouble. He delivered a fantastic service even going the extra mile to get bollards lowered to access pedestrian streets for us! Clive was very punctual, professional and smart. The car was an absolute dream! Immaculate throughout and looked lovely with the ribbons, flowers and picnic basket. The chilled champagne in crystal glasses said everything about the attention to detail provided by Clive and I would highly recommend him!!

Our perfect wedding car
We are so pleased that we chose Leicester Wedding Cars for our wedding. We fell in love with the VW Beetle as soon as we saw it and it was decorated so beautifully on our wedding day. Our driver couldn't have been friendlier. He was punctual, very professional and took great care of us en route to our reception venue. The journey itself was beautiful and we were also able to have some photos with the car. We cannot thank him enough! We would highly recommend Leicester Wedding Cars.

I'm not a car person and when planning the wedding I really couldn't get excited about having a fancy car for the big day. I eventually landed on Leicester Wedding Cars' Beetle and thought the car looked really sweet. Clive was really helpful and clear about the arrangements, which gave me great confidence. On the wedding day, Rodger, our driver, had checked out the route and knew exactly where to go, which scenic route to take and just the right moment to put the top down to protect my fine coiffured hair! He was friendly and professional throughout the journey and put both myself and my Dad at ease. I didn't need to worry about anything. And the car was such a hit with our guests! I couldn't have chosen a better company or car for our day.
