The Hadham Rolling Pin is a Craft Bakery & Cake Studio based in Much Hadham, just outside of Bishops Stortford, East Herts. Owner, baker and cake designer Katie specialies in bespoke rustic & romantic wedding cakes featuring beautiful blooms, whether fresh, dried, pressed or (my current favourite) wild. I offer modern and comtempory designs that go beyond expectations in flavour, design and detail, working specifically with buttercream rather than the more traditional fondant.

All of my wedding cakes are crafted with love by myself and I will be with you every step of the experience to guide and advise on everything from sizing, flavours and design, right through to the styling and decor for your showstopper all while suiting your budet and theme. Traditionally a wedding cake symbolises prosperity and good luck, it’s a sign of a long lasting happy union. The first cut and bite symbolises the joining of your lives together. Your cake is so much more than a tick on the wedding planning list or a second thought, she is there throughout your day, she’s a centerpiece to your reception and party, a memory and an experience. I am extremely passionate about going this extra mile, to create a stressfree and seamless journey right through from initial contact to walking into your wedding breakfast and just saying wow.

Alongside wedding cakes, I can also provide a variety of other desserts from cheesecake canapes, to cookie wedding favours to dessert tables or even brownie stacks instead of a classic cake. Intimate gathering or larger celebration, i will work with you to design, create and tell your story together.
