Sassy Bakes is a wedding cake specialist in Taunton, Somerset and I would be honoured to be part of your special day. I love getting to know each couple and creating a cake that reflects your style and celebration. Whether you have a clear vision or a few inspiration images, I will guide you through the process and help bring your dream cake to life.
As a home baker, I use good quality ingredients to create cakes that look beautiful but also taste delicious too. I offer everything from elegant tiered cakes to cutting cakes and dessert tables, you can also hire cake stands and accessories. Cake taster boxes can be ordered to sample the flavours from the comfort of your own home.
I am to make the process as straightforward and streefree as possible, working with your venue, florist and trusted suppliers to ensure your cake compliments your venue perfectly. If you would like to chat further I would love to hear from you and find out more about your day.

Hi, I am the face behind Sassy Bakes, and I specialise in creating bespoke wedding cakes designed to be as memorable as your big day.
I love working with texture and colour to bring a sense of personality to each design, but I am equally drawn to the timeless elegance of a simple white cake finished with a beautiful bow. For me, its all about finding the perfect balance that reflects you as a couple.
I trained with Chells Belles in Oxford, which helped shape both my style and attention to detail. Now, I am passionate about working closely with couples to design a cake that not only looks stunning but feels truely personal.
