Sassy Bakes is a wedding cake specialist based in Taunton, Somerset, and I would be honoured to be part of your special day. I love getting to know each couple so I can design a cake that truly reflects you and your celebration.

If possible, it would be lovely to meet with you—either online or in person—so we can chat through your ideas and start bringing your dream cake to life. I enjoy designing cakes completely from scratch, but I’m also very happy to look at inspiration images to understand your style and preferences. From there, I’ll guide you through the options and help you make decisions based on what matters most to you.

As a home baker, I focus on using quality ingredients to ensure every cake delivers on both flavour and style. From elegant tiered designs to colourful, striking creations, I love making cakes that look beautiful from every angle. Your wedding cake should be something that’s proudly displayed and admired by you and your guests.

I offer a range of options, including traditional tiered cakes, cutting cakes, and dessert tables. I also have a selection of accessories available to hire, including:

• Wooden log stands
• Flower crown stand
• Mirror cake stand (for cakes up to 8 inches)
• Acrylic “glass-like” stand
• Clear separators that can be filled with flowers, lights, or other decorative touches

As part of my service, I aim to make the process as relaxed and stress-free as possible. I’m happy to communicate directly with your venue and can coordinate with your florist—or one of my trusted suppliers—to source flowers and other decorative details. I’ll incorporate these elements into the designs I present to you, ensuring everything works beautifully together.
