Born as a one-guy operation during a mental health breakdown back in 2021, baking from home, he expanded to a big unit in the beautiful Venn Valley Winery, Landkey. Venn Valley is a vineyard that won a bronze in the Decanter World Wine Awards, the biggest world wine competition. Venn Valley hosts many artisans in their units. He joined forces with his partner Luna to drive the business forward back in 2023. They are now a team of four, including a Portuguese head pastry chef with a lot of experience in weddings and cakes, and another part-time baker. They provide bread and pastries to many wholesalers around the area, and they have a permanent pitch in South Molton Market, where they are extremely popular.

They strive for quality, they use organic ingredients as much as they can, they also get all their fruits and eggs from South Molton Market, the organic milk they use is also local from Croyde.
