About

“There’s something magical about crafting cakes that are bohemian, rustic, and bursting with flavor. My style blends these natural, earthy elements with just the right touch of elegance. It’s about creating cakes that not only taste incredible but also feel beautifully grounded and true to their roots.

I’m all about using seasonal ingredients and supporting local suppliers. Whenever I can, I love incorporating fresh elements from the garden, letting nature add its own charm to each creation. For me, it’s about making cakes that connect people to the seasons, to the earth, and to that warm, comforting feeling of home.”

Incredible Cake

I had a three tier wedding cake with three flavours and buttercream icing. All three flavours (I've had all three) are fantastic. I had a gothic wedding so wanted a black cake and instead of making black icing that would stain people's mouths, Emese made a black chocolate spray to use on the buttercream which made it look seamless and the smell of chocolate was glorious! The cake is also the last thing I sorted out only 2 or 3 months before the wedding and I didn't get the sense that she was rushing or that I'd come to her too late. A very professional experience, and a delicious cake!
