Beginning her journey in 2009, Holly has honed her skills and trained with world-renowned pastry chefs. After getting a position in a five-star London hotel, Holly realised her career needed much more fondant. Holly retrained as a cake decorator with a luxury company and soon accomplished a managerial role. Today, Holly works with some of the UK's most prestigious cake brands.
