Wedding Cakes in Cardiff

You’re ready to exchange your vows. You’ve booked the ideal wedding venue. All your loved ones are coming–now for the dessert! Hitched can help you streamline the process so you can cut right to the cake.

What Should I Ask My Wedding Cake Vendor?

Ask to see their portfolio, so you can get an idea of their artistic style when it comes to the decoration. Then see what their flavour menu looks like. Can you mix and match to your heart’s content, or do they have set combinations? Must your lower layer be biscuit cake, or is carrot cake structurally sound?

Can I Have More Than One Cake?

If tiered wedding cakes aren’t your style, why not book multiple single-tiered cakes for your special day? You can try out different flavours and filling combinations that might not go together if placed beside one another. It will probably make them easier to cut, too!

Why Should I Get Married in Cardiff?

Cardiff has some truly out-of-this-world locations where you can say your ‘I dos’ and capture gorgeous couples’ portraits. Celebrate your forever love in Eglwys Gadeiriol Llandaf, Llandaff Cathedral, a house of worship boasting a history that stretches back to 1120. Explore the trails of Fforest Fawr and get lost in the Welsh countryside for your wedding photos.

Megan is super duper lovely and so nice to work with. She was so accommodating and baked and decorator the best wedding cake ever! We had a 2 tier rose and pistachio and lemon and elderflower cake and all the guests loved it so much! Not a single piece was left! Would highly recommend!
