Cakes by Katie in Thatcham, Berkshire, offers beautifully crafted cakes for all occasions. I pride myself in creating wedding cakes that look stunning and taste delicious. I believe every event deserves a stunning centrepiece, so I work closely with each client to design a cake that reflects their unique style and taste. While working for another bakery, I set up my own business in 2022 and went full-time in the spring of 2023. In such a short period of time, my business has already been recognised by Wedding and Honeymoons magazine. I was also a finalist for the UKWHA 'Rising Star' award and was listed in their 'Slices of Heaven' feature as a top UK cake maker.

With each booking, I provide a complimentary sample bag so you can try some of the cake before making your final decision. I offer a wide range of styles to help make your big day special; whether you are looking for a semi-naked cake, a buttercream cake or fondant cake, or novelty cakes and cupcakes, any look is possible. I also offer wedding favours.
